Sir, i udit narayan singh code[protected] have started working in parabanking division in apr 2003.
I have submitted my resignation on 18/06/2012 and requested to pay me my all pendings.
On 08 oct 2013 i was again asked to
Submit my all documents along with resignation and i have submitted.
But till today i have not received any thing please handover my all pendings with intrest

But i want to redeem it but there is no office or which person or where i go to get my money

I had booked a flat at Sahara City Homes, Dhanori, Pune . This was booked in the year 2012, still no construction on the said property nor any communication on their side. I want my money refunded or any positive development with the construction.we had almost given 7.5 lac rs till date for the property.
i cant find a person or representative to contact for any update. just heard that the land parcel is for sale. what happens if some builder purchased it, for us ?

I have purchased sahara q shop unique products and have completed 5 years and i have an emergency for that i want to withdraw the policy . For that i have request an agent to fill the form and submit the same to the branch so that i can get the money and fulfil mu needs. When agent present the paper to the branch they refused to do any work belonging to my form then i meet the branch manager then he threw my form and said i will not pay any money and asked me to come next year and not responding in any direction and asked me to go or i will call police. He behave rudely and challenging me that he cant do anything to me . I have asked for complain dairy and also refused me . So sir please help me. My contact number is [protected]. I am a former, we put 2004 some (1.3 lacks) money in sahara, it's expired date 2014, i went to the bank and ask them money back but they said sahara company not good now we need one more year time to give you back this has happened in 2015 (Rama krishna).

2016 also same story (Rama krishna).

2017 also they (Rama krishna) are saying the same story where we need to go and ask

Please help to get my money back.

I have invested money to sahara india company with lots of trust. Now, sahara company not release all my pending dues after maturity. It's very very urgent for me. I have many time requested to sahara branch manager
But unable to clear my all dues. I am waiting from last two months but no one response properly. How can i get money? Please help us & resolve the dues as soon as possible.

I have invested money to sahara company but not unable to collect return money after maturity. I am waiting from last two months. It's very very urgent for me. How can i get my money? It's too much delay. I have requested many timed to branch manager but no proper response from him.
How can i get my matured money with interest? Please take on high priority
& resolve the issue as soon as possible. Sahara has lost people trust in this way only.

We are deposited your scheme /plan ' saharyan e multi purpose society limited. Rs. 50, 000/- on date 31.03.14, rs. 50, 000/- on date 04.04.14, rs. 15, 000/- on date 13.05.14 and rs. 15, 000/- on 13.05.14. Total rs. 1, 30, 000/-..in sahara branch ;- jabalpur city sector 2411. 1. Saharyan e - multipurpose society limited contribution membership no.[protected], receipt nos. [protected] to [protected] and [protected], certificate nos.[protected] to[protected] and no.[protected] all dated 30/12/2014 on the name of prathi leelavathi (Self) with each of deposit amount of rs 18000/- (Eighteen thousands only). The deposit amount totals to rs. 90000/- (Rupees ninty thousand only.) the date of deposit is 30/12/2014 and the date of maturity is 30/06/2016.

1. Inspite of the several requests made to the manager mr. Ramana of sahara india pariwar branch manager of gudivada branch, krishna district, andhra pradesh is not paying our maturity dues.
2. I have already apprised the branch manager through sms that since he is not responding, i would proceed to file the case in the consumer forum.
3. Gudivada branch manager mr. Ramana is arrogant, makes false promises and does not keep up his promises. He neither responds well on telephone. He behaves as if he is the owner of the money and not the custodian of the money.
4. We are customers with our sahara india pariwar since inception and invested lakhs of rupees with it. We understand that the company has problems. That is why we have co-operated several times as requested by the regional and branch managers. We have even renewed a similar number of certificates belonging to us on the branch managers promise to pay back the rest in one months time which he breaks time and again. Then what trust can we have in the pariwar. However breaking the promises and continuous demand to renew even after helping them twice is not in order. The irresponsibility of the branch manager by not lifting the phone is unbecoming of his cadre. He is very good in cooking stories and misleading the customers. He be asked to clear our dues forthwith.
5. It is requested to look into the matter and make gudivada branch manager to clear our dues forthwith.

I have invested 183 lad sahara unique scheme for a denomination of each during the year 2008 through sahara india khajra parisar jawahar chowk t. T nagar, bhopal branch. This bond was getting matured before 2 years but it has not come to me thay can't give money beacuse thay don't have fund but other branch also payment customer so consider this matter, i shall be thank full to you.

I had enrolled in monthly saving in sahara india. The duration of scheme is for 5 year, which was ended in december 2016. Since then we are regular following up with sahara to get our money back. Every time they provide new reason and ensure to send the money back in few days.

Now its almost 6 month gone and we still not receive back our money. As per last conversation with sahara staff on 6th june, they do not have money to pay us and also there is no time limit when it will returned.

I did some savings with sahara india branch bhayandar (E) thane, my amount got mature in april 2017, when i went my money the branch people responded stating they don't have funds, so what is the use doing a savings when cannot get it during emergency, i went there many times but got the same response everytime. Please if i can get any help it'll be really helpful.

Reference: your e-mail dated 20 dec. 2016 (Sahara india/regional office/mumbai)
R/sir,
This has reference to your e-mail dated 20th december’2016 sent through your andheri east, mumbai office with an attachment letter no. Sahara india/regional office/mumbai/1793/2016 dt. 20/12/2016 from one mr. Arup bose, assistant manager worker (Employee id 8272) sahara india pariwar region office mumbai regarding person to person booking transfer.

The said mail only mentions about requirement of the payment of 10% of the flat value but the mail fails to respond to my queries that i had sent to you through my previous correspondence dt. 23rd november’2016 via email and registered postal communication as well, for both control no [protected] and control no [protected].

I then personally visited your andheri east, mumbai office on 23rd december’2016 and met mr. Arup bose in person and discussed the matter of person to person booking transfer. It is understood that your this office was not aware of this case history and simply passed on some standard instructions to me through this mail.

I then showed mr. Arup, all original documents about the case available with me and he then further directed me to write to you.
I would again repeat the same queries to you and expect you to answer point wise only:

1. For control no [protected], the booking transfer application was processed in may’2011
2. For control no [protected], the booking transfer application was processed in march’2012

Post that, there was no communication or demand for completion of payment of 15 % amount from sahara city homes sales section to the transferee. Hence there is no question of making any payment of 15 % amount.

As per the price list of sahara city homes at pune, for a 2 bhk unit 5 % amount (I. E. Rs. 1, 20, 550) was to be deposited at the time of booking and the balance of 10 % amount (I. E. Rs. 2, 41, 100) was to be deposited on approval of the scheme and within 60 days after starting of the work. Accordingly only rs.1, 20, 550 were deposited at the time of booking.

There was no further communication or demand from sahara city homes sales section for balance payment from transferor/transferee, and this could have been because of some troubles in taking off the project in pune then.
The prescribed application form for person to person booking transfer was already submitted to your office along with the original documents such as

1. Transfer request letter by transferor/transferee,
2. Notarised affidavit,
3. Original payment receipt,
4. Copy of pan cards of transferee,
5. Address proof of transferee,
6. Signature verification of transferor by bank etc.

The above mentioned documents were obtained from transferor only after making necessary payments to transferor by the transferee.

While i write this today, i offer you one of the two choices mentioned below:

1. I can pay the balance amount on written demand letter with commitment from the company about the status of scheme and handing over possession date for the flats in the same scheme.
2. If pune site is no longer in consideration of the company for any further development now, we take our interest in the project back and demand you to refund the booking amount of rs.1, 20, 550 with interest @15 % from the date of booking in each case to us (To the transferee only and not the transferor).

We expect you to consider this as our last attempted request to close the matter judiciously, failing to which we would have left with no choice but to initiate a legal action on the matter.
