Sahara India Pariwar — Redeem certificates

Dear sir,
I am having two no. Star multipurpose cooperative society limited, super bb certificates.
Certificates no.1
No.[protected]
Membership no.[protected]
Receipt no.[protected]
Drd. 30.07.2016 for rs 500000.00
And
Certificate no.2
No.[protected]
Membership no.[protected]
Receipt no.[protected]
Drd. 22.03.2016 for rs 100000.00
Both certificate were issued from mahendra garh. Chattisgarh.
The certificates were issued for three years.
But after completing three years, mahendra garh office did not bother to pay.
So, i tried to shift my both the cases to meerut, as because after retirement, i left chattisgarh. And i can follow up in meerut. I want urgent redeem.

Now during last one years, manendragarh office is saying, that your files have been transferred to meerut. But meerut office is saying that they have not received.
Kindly look into the matter, and arrange redeem of both the certificate at the earliest.
I am badly need of money.
