As per clause 3 of the general terms and conditions the validity of the plan was only for period of 5-6 years but in spite of my clients best effort neither any goods or services as assured by the company was provided and on contact the officers concerned on one pretext or the other always assured to repay the whole amount with interest but till date not even a single penny is paid to my client who is a poor widow.
2.. The principal amount paid to the company is Rs.1, 79, 100/00/ only.
3. That my poor and widow client has been duped to the tune of Rs 1, 79, 100/00/ only and nothing has been provided to her in spite of her requests.
I therefore, call upon you to make the payment of Rs. 1, 79, 100/00/ only with a rate of interest @ 28% from the date of purchase of the aforesaid Sahara Q shop unique products

there is no any action taken by concern company for making these payment...sir i need this amount urgently for making the payment of childrens education fee and more other so plz help me for payment can be made as soon as possible
