Sir,
I deposited a sum of rs. 10000/- in sahara q shop global advance scheme (Which they also term as sahara q shop fixed deposit) on 31st january 2013 for 6 years tenure. The duration was completed on 31st january 2019 and since then we are calling our agency and sahara to give our money back but there isn't any positive response from anyone.
Our agent kept on saying that "there is a long queue of people want their money back and our number won't be soon enough to get out money" and apparently we aren't seeing any hopes of getting our money back via our agent or directly by the company so we are raising this request hoping that enforcement will help us solving this issue.

Updated by Kanak Anupama Pal What a settlement with this forum and Sahar q Shop. After posting the complaint The website owner marked as complaint resolved but the funny thing who made the complain he don;t know. How much money Subrata Roy has paid to the owner of this website???

    Sir,

      I have invested in sahara housing bond later converted into sahara q shop. Though the maturity period already passed but the company not repaying. Again telling to convert the certificates to another scheme. But i have not yet converted. Please tell me the procedure of getting the refund.

          Not returning money even after maturity, so i approach shara asked for withdraw. They are not saying anything.
          I need my money i don't want to extend/ convert my plan.

          Shara agent forcing to convert to other plan, so don't want to continue with shara i need to my money which they promised to give in maturity date

            मेरी बहन विधवा है जिनके पति की मृत्यु दुर्घटना में हो गई थी दुर्घटना से प्राप्त क्लैम का पैसा बच्चो की शादी के लिए सहारा की q शॉप में 2012 me जमा किया था लेकिन समय पूर्ण होने के बाद पैसा नहीं दिया जा रहा। जिसके कारण उनकी बेटी की शादी रुकी पड़ी है कृपया उचित कार्यवाही कर पैसा दिलवाने की कृपा करें।

                Sir my q shop policy is matured but sahara office employees are not responding. I am badly in need of money. Please let me know how to get my money. It's been almost 10 years. Please let me know or else i will have to go for legal action.

                  I contacted yesterday regarding sahara q shop refund. I gave my certificate number to agent who contacted me, he said your issue will be resolved by evening. But there is no response from company till yet still waiting for the call and mail.

                      I have invested 30, 000 rs in sahara q shop in december 2013. Now it has been more than 6 years. I am undergoing severe financial crisis due to lockdown. I am unable to support my family. Kindly refund the money as soon as possible. I have faith in your system that is why i made investment in your firm.

                                  In the year 2006 I have done fixed deposit for 4 policies.
                                  After that in the year 2012 the agent told you cannot get the matured amount now you have convert it into Q shop policy.
                                  In 2018 the policies have matured but they are not giving the matured amount.
                                  What is to be done .

                                    I had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara q shop scheme dated 31.05.2012, at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 3 years and after finishing 3 years when i approched them they are saying that you can only withdraw when company start properly workout. I am from surat gujarat. Kindly help get my money refunded.
