Hi,

My sahara q shop plan has already matured and it's over 9 years.

I am looking for complete refund as per maturity terms and conditions.

I tried to contact to local office and agent but they are just cheating with customers by giving false information.

Kindly refund the amount.

I have deposited 45000 in sahara q shop under "Q shop plan-H" for the period upto 22/10/2019 at balotra center barmer region rajasthan but such amount not received on maturity and no response received from balotra center.

So solve this issue and refund my amount.

Hello consumer complaint,

We are cheated by sahara india real estate corporation ltd. Intialy i purchased sahara parivar youjna.

Later once i requested them to make cash it. They said it is not possible to make cash b/c that particuler product it getting court case. But we can give to new option which can be cash on after 18 month. And thay makes lots of fake commitments and he forcefully converted it sahara q shop bond. Now they as asking me convert again it to someone else.

When i asked to raise compaint they said, with you will in tourbole with.

I am try so many time to get my money after maturity but agent told will not return to you. You have to invest this money into another scheme.
But i want my money back. So i am not changing this.
Now i am very depressed due to non withdrawl my money.
Lpease help me. I am waiting since last two year for that money.

Dear sir,
I had sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara q shop scheme from its agent, (Petlad branch, gujarat) at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw on your actual maturity date of fixed deposit. When i want on maturity date in branch they told me you can not withdraw now because they have not money to refund to me.

I had an bond of shara q shop unique products private limited dated[protected]. Of delhi samaypur badli branch as knows as shabad dairy and the manager of branch is mr rajendra singh contact number [protected] he is saying that now on[protected] i am not allowed to get my mature amount from the so called sahara q shop bonds but i need to invest them again in sahara firm in the name of fixed deposit for the period of minimum 5 years 4 months and then again apply for the refund and get the amount double from the today date
Now the amount is approx 21500 for one and i have two accounts

On the receipt printed on[protected] the amount is 9750 for the each.
Please resolve the issue atmost priority i namaste ed the money at the earliest please help me as a neutral agency.

I smt. Rita devi fixed in your scheme for rs. 1, 25, 000/- for sahara housing finance in 2010. As per as my knowledge the agent had converted to sahara q shop without any information why it is done so please clarify the matter. Neither anything about maturity is mentioned therefore please try to solve the matter at your earliest and clear my dues. I attached only one copy because there is not attaching more than one.

Sahara india not paying maturity ammount even the maturity period is over.
They convert plan on 2012 in sahar Q shop by misleading us and now again saying to transfer this Q shop money into sahara corporate.
This is my hard earned money, We are very poor and save little ammount ( 500/month) for future of my kids.
No one in helping us, Please help me to get back my money. We are in trouble please help sir.

From 3-4 years they are saying the same sentence
And they are not showing us there balance sheet
Whether they have funds or not
Why company is not giving our hard earned money

I had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara qshop scheme in 2012. Sahara agent told me that it will mature after 6 years. I approched sahara office in bangalore last year after the policy had matured again. But they are saying that company is not doing well and we cannot refund right now. They were suggesting to renew it for 3 years. Its already been 2 cycles of maturity period but still there is no sign of refund of the amount invested.
Kindly help me get my invested amount and interest refunded.

I invest sahara q shop plan h in 2012 but no respond and no refund in my investment. My agent is not response to my sahara plan status. He is not respond my call and no communication with me. Sahara branch not exist the address. Telephone and mobile no is not working. I serval time contact the branch and agent but he is not respond to me. Kindly request to you for help me.

I have invested INR25000 in Sahara Q Shop Bond policy in January 2013 for 6 years. The maturity date of the bond was on 15th January 2019. Now, the bond is matured and Sahara officials are saying that these bonds needs to be converted for further 2 years in different scheme.
I don't want to reinvest in Sahara.
I just want my money back.
Please help me to find a way to get my refund. I need to get my money really very urgently.

I am 60 years old senior citizen, suffering from diabetes and bp. I need money for my treatment. Earlier i took q shop deposit policy for i and my wife. I took this for retirement and to fulfil our needs in future like health expenditures and daily needs. Our policy already got matured on august 2018. I tried many times to get my money back but i did not get any single rupee. As you can understand my problem please do help me in getting my money.

With due respect i would like to bring in your notice that my parents have invested in two seperate q shop bond as mentioned below,

Both the policies has matured in 2017 but we have not received the maturity amount yet. Even after following up dozens time the agent is not giving any satisfactory answer. Kindly take this complained against the office bearer and help us to get the money back. I am attaching the policy document and attensted request letter given to the sahara branch earlier.

My mother 2 policy fd in q shop sahara first policy 25000 and second 5550 for 6 year. My policy date over. But not given money q shop please give money. I need money immediately plz solve my problem. Sir mere mata ji ke naam se 2 policy hai 6 year ka jo ki 6 year pura ho gya. But sahara wale paisa nhi de rhe hai. Plz mera paisa dilwane mai madad kre mere mata ji bahut bimar hai unke hi liye hai paisa saving kr ke rakha thha. Plz solve my problem
