i made a payment of rs 220000/- under sahara q shop goods (exist) plan h on 10/08/2012 which was to mature after 6 years. i am yet to receive my maturity amount

Please get back money of mine which were invested on Sahara Q shop in 2012 .
Amount is RS 2, 75, 000.
How and when we will get our refund?
What is the procedure behind this to get our refund money?

the maturity period of 6 years is completed in 2018 but sahara is not refunding my money

i purchase sahara q shop advance plan in ( 15/10/2013 ), and my maturity time is 6 year, when i contact the local sahara office he said there is no amount in there account, sir my amount is very small please look it my compliant, sir please reply as soon as possible.

Mara paisa kab niklega jab ki mera paisa pura ho chuka hai or mera paisa February 2019 KO nikalne bala tha lekin nhi nikal paya paisa na niklne k wajah as mere pariwar KO bahut problem ho raha hai kripa Kr k hamara paisa niklba de hume paiso KO bahut jarurt hai

I had some Q-shop certificates which matured in the year 2018. I did it in Sahara office Kamalghat, West Tripura. But the office is not there now. I want to get my money returned back. Please reply me how to get my money back?
