My self sandesh kuwal, has initially invested in sahara in the year 28june2012 for my wife laxm, i kuwal and then introducer has converted them into sahara q shop plan h by introducer as below. I had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara qshop scheme, at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 3 years and after finishing 3 years when i approched them they are saying that you can only withdraw after 6years. I have invested in the bond of this company in year 2012 and its maturity date is next month. We go to the agent who invested our money in this scheme and he is saying that you will not get any money refunded. He again asking me to transferred my money to another scheme and told me to wait for 2 years. I don't want to invest, its my money and i want my money back. At the time of maturity the agent told us that that i[censored] want money sebi will give you, but when we have no idea, you have to deal with sebi, by contacting sebi helpline, they told us that u will not get any refund from us regarding sahara q shop plan & kindly contact mca.gov.in

My mother and some of my relatives has invested in Sahara Q shop advance money scheme in which Sahara has guaranteed 2.34 times money back of amount invested. Though it's maturity has already been due the agent isn't giving money back as he is saying that Company has not yet funded anything. After reading many high court cases it is found that it was very complex and fraud scheme....
