Dear sir,
I had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara qshop scheme, at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 3 years and after finishing 3 years when i approched them they are saying that you can only withdraw after 6years. I am from surat, gujarat. Now they are again approching me to convert that deposit into another sceme. Kindly help get my money refunded.

I have purchased two bonds of Rs 13, 900/- each in year 2012. Now not able to redeem the same. Please help us to redeem the same there is no clue how to redeem because there are no offices or websites are available related to this fraud organisation.

My agent in sahara converted my certificates into sahara q shop in 2012. The maturity date is not mentioned in the certificates. Since, a period of 5 years have passed, i want my money to be refunded. Kindly advice, how can i get the money refunded as sahara q shop agent not responding properly.

Hello,
I have invested in the other plan of sahara india in 08/04/2010 but agent have been converted in sahara q shop in year 2012 and sahara office korba had said to me that stay 3years with this q shop and get the three times of invested money. We go to the agent who invested our money in this scheme and he is saying that you will not get any money refunded. He again asking me to transferred my money to another scheme and told me to wait for 2 years. I don't want to invest, its my money and i want my money back. Please revert back as soon as possible...

I have invested in the bond of this company in year 2012 and its maturity date is next month. We go to the agent who invested our money in this scheme and he is saying that you will not get any money refunded. He again asking me to transferred my money to another scheme and told me to wait for 2 years. I don't want to invest, its my money and i want my money back. I had invested rs 1.14 lakhs in sahara q shop unique products range ltd. Receipt mentions it as "advance for q shop goods (Exit) plan h".
Pl let me know how to get maturity amount/ refund. The local introducer/ agent mr ramesh kumar dubey - code[protected] is no more available. Investment made through olpad sector, surat office. At present i am residing in ahmedabad _ gujarat.

Still nothing has happened. Pl suggest me where to complain as I think SEBI is handling Sahara issues, may be they need to be intimidated. Pl let me know procedure to lodge complaint to court/ agency concerned

I want to withdraw my money alongwith the interest as the same is needed for medical emergency in my family. At the time of maturity the agent told us that that i[censored] want money sebi will give you, but when we have no idea, you have to deal with sebi, by contacting sebi helpline, they told us that u will not get any refund from us regarding sahara q shop plan & kindly contact mca.gov.in
When we contact there they told us to fill the investor complain form .. I dont know what to do plzz help me out

I have invested rs.87, 400/- in q-shop on june 6th 2012 for 6 yrs now my maturity in june 2018 but sahara agent shri rabindra kumar dash along with their manager and zonal manager are forcing me to convert my money to another plan of sahara but i need my hard earned money urgently. My son is taking admission next month in management studies.
I have intimated to our agent and sahara local office manager to refund it on due date of maturity but no help provided yet from their side. Pl. Help me in this matter.

My mother and some of my relatives has invested in Sahara Q shop advance money scheme in which Sahara has guaranteed 2.34 times money back of amount invested. Though it's maturity has already been due the agent isn't giving money back as he is saying that Company has not yet funded anything. After reading many high court cases it is found that it was very complex and fraud scheme.

It is a massive destruction of an individual's money invested with faith for withdrawal during emergency, however this sahara q shop are not at all trying to help, i have deposited 30000 but due to medical urgency i opt for premature withdrawal, please help to claim my money.

Dear customer care executive,

My father (Ram prakash) have taken 03 certificates on sahara q shop plan-h.
We would like to redeem the certificate as they have now matured but the sahara agent (Awdesh singh) is saying it can not be redeemed but money has to be switched over to another scheme as the sahara is not in a position to pay the amount. Furthermore, he informed that the policy has been closed, sahara will not give you the payment, hence you go on the new policy.

Please find attached scanned copy of the certificate for your information.

We are in need of money and would like to withdraw the amount due to my personal reasons.

Looking forward to the required reasonable administrative action from your end to resolve this issue.
