Hello,
I have invested in the bond of this company in year 2012 and its maturity date is next month. We go to the agent who invested our money in this scheme and he is saying that you will not get any money refunded. He again asking me to transferred my money to another scheme and told me to wait for 2 years. I don't want to invest, its my money and i want my money back. Please revert back as soon as possible....

I had invested rs 1.14 lakhs in sahara q shop unique products range ltd. Receipt mentions it as "advance for q shop goods (Exit) plan h".
Pl let me know how to get maturity amount/ refund. The local introducer/ agent mr ramesh kumar dubey - code[protected] is no more available. Investment made through olpad sector, surat office. At present i am residing in ahmedabad _ gujarat.

I harish l. Gala, had invested rs. 1, 00, 000/- in the sahara q shop west on 30th september 2013. I want to withdraw my money alongwith the interest as the same is needed for medical emergency in my family. Regarding this i spoke to my agent who is suggesting me to extend the time by 1 and a half year. This is not possible for me and hence require the money urgently. Kindly guide

At the time of maturity the agent told us that that i[censored] want money sebi will give you, but when we have no idea, you have to deal with sebi, by contacting sebi helpline, they told us that u will not get any refund from us regarding sahara q shop plan & kindly contact mca.gov.in
When we contact there they told us to fill the investor complain form .. I dont know what to do plzz help me out

I have invested rs.87, 400/- in q-shop on june 6th 2012 for 6 yrs now my maturity in june 2018 but sahara agent shri rabindra kumar dash along with their manager and zonal manager are forcing me to convert my money to another plan of sahara but i need my hard earned money urgently. My son is taking admission next month in management studies.
I have intimated to our agent and sahara local office manager to refund it on due date of maturity but no help provided yet from their side. Pl. Help me in this matter.

My father as invested money in this sahara q shop 65000 in 2012 in srikakulam dist in andra pradesh and it maturity will be completed in 2018 in august now my agent saying some case is runing against sahara in supreme court so your money will not given at time so extend the policy for 3yrs but now i want money because my sister marriage is there in this there will be lot of expenses wiill be there so pls give me some suggestions what i have to do

I am ravindra kumar tiwari i invested 15800 res in august 2012 for 6 yrs (2.35 guna in 6 yr apx 37120 rs) now my meturity in august 2018 but sahara agent shri dharmendra tiwari forced me to convert my money to another plan of sahara but i need my hard earned money urgently..

My mother and some of my relatives has invested in Sahara Q shop advance money scheme in which Sahara has guaranteed 2.34 times money back of amount invested. Though it's maturity has already been due the agent isn't giving money back as he is saying that Company has not yet funded anything. After reading many high court cases it is found that it was very complex and fraud scheme.

Respected sir, here i attached my certificate with sahara q shop plan and want my money back due to marriage of my sister. My humble request to you to consider my request bcoz m in very much need for thz money. I knw all the situation nd my trust is always with sahara pariwar bt due to marriage expenses need for thz money. Sir pls do thz for me n my family as soon as possible. Thanking you,.

It is a massive destruction of an individual's money invested with faith for withdrawal during emergency, however this sahara q shop are not at all trying to help, i have deposited 30000 but due to medical urgency i opt for premature withdrawal, please help to claim my money.
The agent through which has been deposited is nowhere to be found, we are common people with little knowledge of the pros and cons, please help us get back our money, no matter no interest rate is being included

Dear customer care executive,

My father (Ram prakash) have taken 03 certificates on sahara q shop plan-h.
We would like to redeem the certificate as they have now matured but the sahara agent (Awdesh singh) is saying it can not be redeemed but money has to be switched over to another scheme as the sahara is not in a position to pay the amount. Furthermore, he informed that the policy has been closed, sahara will not give you the payment, hence you go on the new policy.

Please find attached scanned copy of the certificate for your information.

We are in need of money and would like to withdraw the amount due to my personal reasons.

Looking forward to the required reasonable administrative action from your end to resolve this issue.

Hi i'm ruchika my grandmother have deposited amount in sahara q shop in 2012 for 6 year. It will be matured in september but employee of sahara has said this amount will not be given it will be renew for another 5 year. Nd if you are not submitted your certificate right now then your monthly installment will be stopped. But without maturity how is possible to stop the installment?

I have sahara q shop unique product scheme in 2012, 6 years completed but still no any return, agent mr. Hajrat ali shaikh-vasai west branch, said no return the money for more 3 yrs. Your money is locked after 9 yrs return your money... What a rubbish company & mad scheme.. Without any intimate how to blocked my money in more 3 yrs... Totally public ko ullu banaya gaya hai...!

My husband purchased 02 bonds of sahara q shop s. A. Code[protected] dated 17 oct 2012 & s. A. Code no.[protected] dated 18 oct 2012 from the sahara india branch jaynagar, bihar (Code - 1565). Both bonds were of rs. 16, 500/- each, the total amount being rs. 33, 000/-. My husband expired on 15 feb 2017 in delhi. I then submitted requisite documents with death certificate at the ibid branch in may 2017 for death claim. After all verifications head quarter of sahara directed the jaynagar branch to issue the cheque in the name of nominee. But the branch said that we have no sufficient balance to issue the cheque. I also visited the jaynagar branch in october 2017 and at that time the sector manager of branch said we will release the amount in 15 days and by 15 nov 2017 you will definitely get the amount. They didn't release the amount even in next 3 months. Then on 06 feb 2018 i again went to jaynagar branch from delhi and they first said that by the end of feb 2018 you will surely get the money. When i started aruging with him, the sector manager misbehaved with me and told me that they don't have money to pay and then angrily told me to change policy to some other plan. This is the height of audacity. The sahara india pariwar should understand the apathy of a widowed women and instead of paying me the policy amount they are deliberately delaying the payment making me going from delhi to jaynagar again and again.
I am a senior citizen and i live with my son in delhi, please understand that i can't visit your office again and again to get my legitimate money. You are requested to intervene in matter and direct the sector manager concerned at jaynagar branch to release the claimed amount immediately.

Hi, my mother Parvati Gupta entered into sahara q shop plan H under amt 13450, 26850 & 26850. we have been trying to contact the agent though he is vanished and unable to find his whereabouts, further we do not know whom to contact as the presence of Saharan q shop is no were to be found. the amot was my mothers hard earned savings which seems vanished can you guys assist with this. for reference purpose I am attaching the copy of the 3 bonds with sahara.

I am pleading with you and the government and assist us with this issue.

Deposited in q shop goods (Exists) plan - h for total rs.69800 in four (4) bond shape in the year2012 vide fncode/sacodes[protected] for rs.12050, f. N/s. A. Codes[protected] for rs.19250, fn/sa code[protected] for rs.19250 and fa/sa code[protected] fo rs.19250/- when i approached the b. M, at vizianagaram a. P., he says till there is time. I had subscribed for "sahara q shop scheme plan" in karnataka
District: belgaum cert dated in may 2012. At that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw in 2018 after maturity. I approached them to get the matured amount but to my surprise that they are asking me to convert that deposit into another scheme because the company is facing some legal battles and some huge money is stuck in somewhere and case is waiting in supreme court. I badly needed of money. Kindly help get my money refunded without any further delay.
