I have sahara q shop unique product scheme in 2012, 6 years completed but still no any return, agent mr. Hajrat ali shaikh-vasai west branch, said no return the money for more 3 yrs. Your money is locked after 9 yrs return your money... What a rubbish company & mad scheme.. Without any intimate how to blocked my money in more 3 yrs... Totally public ko ullu banaya gaya hai...!

My husband purchased 02 bonds of sahara q shop s. A. Code[protected] dated 17 oct 2012 & s. A. Code no.[protected] dated 18 oct 2012 from the sahara india branch jaynagar, bihar (Code - 1565). Both bonds were of rs. 16, 500/- each, the total amount being rs. 33, 000/-. My husband expired on 15 feb 2017 in delhi. I then submitted requisite documents with death certificate at the ibid branch in may 2017 for death claim. After all verifications head quarter of sahara directed the jaynagar branch to issue the cheque in the name of nominee. But the branch said that we have no sufficient balance to issue the cheque. I also visited the jaynagar branch in october 2017 and at that time the sector manager of branch said we will release the amount in 15 days and by 15 nov 2017 you will definitely get the amount. They didn't release the amount even in next 3 months. Then on 06 feb 2018 i again went to jaynagar branch from delhi and they first said that by the end of feb 2018 you will surely get the money. When i started aruging with him, the sector manager misbehaved with me and told me that they don't have money to pay and then angrily told me to change policy to some other plan. This is the height of audacity. The sahara india pariwar should understand the apathy of a widowed women and instead of paying me the policy amount they are deliberately delaying the payment making me going from delhi to jaynagar again and again.
I am a senior citizen and i live with my son in delhi, please understand that i can't visit your office again and again to get my legitimate money. You are requested to intervene in matter and direct the sector manager concerned at jaynagar branch to release the claimed amount immediately.

Hi, my mother Parvati Gupta entered into sahara q shop plan H under amt 13450, 26850 & 26850. we have been trying to contact the agent though he is vanished and unable to find his whereabouts, further we do not know whom to contact as the presence of Saharan q shop is no were to be found. the amot was my mothers hard earned savings which seems vanished can you guys assist with this. for reference purpose I am attaching the copy of the 3 bonds with sahara.

I am pleading with you and the government and assist us with this issue.

It is a massive destruction of an individual's money invested with faith for withdrawal during emergency, however this sahara q shop are not at all trying to help, i have deposited 50000, with 90000 plan after maturity but due to medical urgency i opt for premature withdrawal, please help to claim my money.
The agent through which has been deposited is nowhere to be found, we are common people with little knowledge of the pros and cons, please help us get back our money, no matter no interest rate is being included.

District: belgaum cert dated in may 2012. At that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw in 2018 after maturity. I approached them to get the matured amount but to my surprise that they are asking me to convert that deposit into another scheme because the company is facing some legal battles and some huge money is stuck in somewhere and case is waiting in supreme court. I badly needed of money. Kindly help get my money refunded without any further delay.

I have invested in seven bonds of sahara q shop through sahara branch rudarpur, uttarakhand pin code-263153. But due to some unavoidable circumstances i can't carry on the same as i am in urgent need of money so i want to redeem it maturity. I have contacted the agent but they are not helping it any way by saying that the company has been bankrupt so it not possible to redeem it now. So you are requested to reedem my money as soon as possible.

My name is Dilip Gaurishankar Singh Customer ID:[protected].I want to complaint about The Manager of the malad sector branch Mr .Sanjay Gupta who is forcing us for the conversion of our plan and telling us that if we dont do the conversion he won't give us our payment and he told to take the money from SEBI or either file a police complaint. We approached the Regional Manager Mr. Taariq Azad too but he too is least bothered about it .Please look into the matter as we do't want to do the conversion of our plan as we are in desperate need of that money for the further studies of my elder son. My father had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara qshop scheme plan h by servicing center jaspur, udham singh nagar uttarakhand. At that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 3 years and after finishing 3 years when i approched them they are saying that you can only withdraw after 6years. After completing 6 years as i again approached them for refund now they are again approching me to convert that deposit into another scheme. I am from jaspur, udham singh nagar, uttarakhand, and badly need this money back. Kindly help get my money refunded.

Now its about to be mature in november 18.
Regarding this when i visited nearby sahara branch gandhi nagar delhi no proper guidlines of refunding is available there.
They are saying that the amount will be paid after decision pending in supreme court, will be cleared.
Please suggest me the best way to getting money...

Sahara branch Rudrapur misguied to the payment for q shop investment
july 2018 before miture Branch manager said to for the payment that the payment could not that time so you have extended your q shop amount
.
therefore requested to the payment q shop before mituriety july 2018.
Branch manager and agent said to your payment could not pay that time.

I am sujata. My policy receipt is uploaded. I took this policy in 2012. Now it is mature. The sahara agent of noida office is saying that there will be deduction of 18% tds and 18% gst. But according to govt. Rule the tds not more than 2%. And gst only for business purpose not for policy holders. I want to know the rule of tds and gst. Please confirm about the issue.

This is Kamta Singh. I started " Q SHOP PLAN H" with SAHARA INDIA Q SHOP UNIQUE PRODUCTS RANGE LIMITED in September 2012. Former Sahara agent Mr J.K. Uttam told my bonds would be mature by September 2018, But now when I asked in Ghatampur Branch (former Jahanbad F.C.). They said it will take three years more. They are forcing me to extend bond period.
Please help me as I am economically very weak sir.I have my daughter's marriage next month.

I m submitting the complaint as my father had invested rs. 16400 in july 2012 and it is matured in july 2017 i. E. Last year. My father expired on 26th oct 2016.
And as the policy terms it is matured in august 2017, but the payment is not done yet and they are trying for forceful conversion. And may be they had tried it by forgery.

Finally i request to consider the case & take a positive action for public welfare.
