Dear sir,
I had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara qshop scheme, at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 3 years and after finishing 3 years when i approched them they are saying that you can only withdraw after 6years. Iam from new delhi Ayanagar. Now they are again approching me to convert that deposit into another sceme. Kindly help get my money refunded.

My father, parimal chowdhury investment a handful of my money in sahara q shop plan-h on the year 2012 via introducer name rina chakraborty and nikhil paul. The both introducer or agent doesn"t seem to be an trustworthy and helpful. Thus, they are trying their efforts for receiving back our refund.
That"s why, we are filling a complaint towards you to getting us our refund back very soon!!!

I am currently going through my sahara q shop bond (Plan h) claim processing. The branch employees are lying everyday and they are not trustworthy so here i need your help to get the following information:-

1. The actual time frame which has been instructed by indian government rules and regulations to process a claim of such kind of bonds (From submitting claim form to handling over the check to customer).

2. Gst & tds related:-

(I) what will the percentage of gst & tds on q shop bonds plan h?
(Ii) is there any procedure to not get tds deducted automatically (Like
Form g-15 in banks). I want to pay it while filing my final itr.

My agent of sahara sh. Krishna kumar, sahara agent (Mobile no. [protected], adress-village-telwa bazar, police station - simultala, disst - jamui, bihar, 811316) converted my certificate in sahara q shop on 2012 for 5 years and 5 years has passed please guide us how to withdraw money from sahara q shop as my agent is not responding properly. They said that amount will be refunded after 3 yeras. There is a urgent need of money for me.

My agent converted my money in sahara to bonds of sahara q shop plan h of 2012 worth rs.25400*6= rs.152400. How do i encash it and where can i get a refund for it. I have tried multiple methods to connect with the company, but have got no response yet, and all the numbers given are also unavailable. It has already been 6 years. Anyone having any idea please do reply.

कृपया सुझाव दें मैंने क्यू शॉप में ₹15000 जमा किया है जिसका मैच्योरिटी समय मई 2018 है क्या मैं इसको प्रीमेच्योर t ले सकता हूं और यह भी बताने का कष्ट करें की क्या मैच्योरिटी के समय धनराशि लेने पर इस पर 18 परसेंट जीएसटी शुल्क की कटौती होगी क्या इसका भुगतान प्रार्थी समय से पूर्व प्राप्त कर सकता है क्या इसकी इस स्कीम का किसी दूसरी स्कीम में कन्वर्ट किया जा रहा है क्या निवेशक इसके लिए बाध्य है यदि नहीं तो समय पूर्व भुगतान हो सकता है

I had bought 2 sahara q shop plan - h on the year - 2013 worth of ₹ 10000 each with certificate no[protected] &[protected] and customer id[protected] &[protected] respectively, at bhawanipur r. O. Region, now i want to withdraw the amount but unable to find out the process of redemption.. So kindly give me the process to get direct withdraw..

This policy date on 08/06/2012 but not able to get any information from online details of policy receipt no [protected]. And also there no mentioned any maturity date on this policy. When the policy amount is refund and there is no proper information about the policy. I want to know about it at the earliest further kindly provide the email address of the same...

My mother invest money in above mention company, against plan (Advance for q shop goods (Exist) plan h) in 2012. As per introducer mr. Rashid alli this money double in 5 years now 5 years has been completed & we visit at branch bewar 1332 met with branch manager mr. V. N. Singh (17812) his mobile number [protected]. He said this plan is for 6 years maturity plan & you can't withdrawal policy as pre-maturity.

We don't want to continue this policy due to miscommunication by executive & branch manager.

When i asked for written policy condition from branch manager he refused for written & pre-maturity claim

I have invested 60000 in sahara q shop unique products range limited plan h, the investment was made in 2012 how am i suppose to get the money back. The period says 5-6 years how is the money returned, the sahara agent is not responding, please tell me how is the money to be returned?

There are no responses on the customer care number either or from the agent.
What type of response is this? There should be someone who is responsible for this and responding back from the sahara company.

So many people have invested in this and how are they supposed to get return, what kind of procedure is sahara company taking for this?

I have multiple investments on sahara q shop. But it seems that company is under investigation because of some compliance issue. Please can someone throw some light on how do i submit these bonds and get my money?

I am really afraid since such relaible company which had major investors from up and bihar has gone bankrupt. Its very hard earned money hence please guide me.

I himanshu bargali nominee of my father name late mukul kumar bargali alias jeolikote nainital. My father was expired on 16.08.2016. I submitted my documents on nearly 12month of 2016 for death maturity claim at nainital branch, uttarakhand state. I contacted several times at nainital & haldwani regional office but till date i have not received the amount. My documents nos are[protected] &[protected] + 11700)= total rs.22700/-& (22700 + 4 year complete interest).

Branch staff says to me death maturity process is completed. So, i request you to kindly clear my all amounts immediately without any further late sir.

I have taken 07 certificates on sahara q shop plan-h in the name of mine & wife.
Out of 07, 04 already prematurely withdrawn from katrashgar & dhanbad sector through sahara agent smt. Mira singh (Mobile:[protected] &[protected] & 03 certificates in the name of my wife returned that it will be paid after one year.
I questioned him "when the policies are same, why these 03 certificates will not be paid". She told that these policies have been switched over from previous any scheme to q shop", hence it will be paid after one year. But i could not understand that time.
After one year of lapsing, when i tried to withdraw but she is not taking any interest & saying"sahara is not in position to pay the amount".
Provoking me to switch over from this policy to another policy (Previously same thing repeated, 1st it was in housing scheme, then transferred to adobe bond, after that in q shop plan. Every time she says policy has been closed, sahara will not give you the payment, hence you go on the new policy).
Sir, i want to withdrawn the amount due to personal reasons. Certificates are enclosed for your kind perusal & give necessary order to sahara branch manager, dhanbad sector (1119) & also to sahara agent smt. Mira singh (Mobile:[protected] &[protected] for collecting original certificates from me for early payments.

I contacted guntur sahara branch (1255) several times directly and over phone with no response. Every time they are saying they processed my request and i will get it soon.
