july 2018 before miture Branch manager said to for the payment that the payment could not that time so you have extended your q shop amount
.

I have invested a handful amount in 2012 (Converted) in sahara q shop.
Now its about to be mature in may 18.
Regarding this when i visited nearby sahara branch no proper guidlines of refunding is available there.
They are saying that the amount will be paid after decision pending in supreme court, will be cleared.
Please suggest me the best way to getting money.

I am sujata. My policy receipt is uploaded. I took this policy in 2012. Now it is mature. The sahara agent of noida office is saying that there will be deduction of 18% tds and 18% gst. But according to govt. Rule the tds not more than 2%. And gst only for business purpose not for policy holders. I want to know the rule of tds and gst. Please confirm about the issue.

I had a sahara fixed deposit which was converted to sahara q shop scheme, at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 3 years and after finishing 3 years when i approached them they are saying that you can only withdraw after 6years. I am from Ahmedabad. Now they are again approaching me to convert that deposit into another scheme. Kindly help get my money refunded.

Sir,
This is Kamta Singh. I started " Q SHOP PLAN H" with SAHARA INDIA Q SHOP UNIQUE PRODUCTS RANGE LIMITED in September 2012. Former Sahara agent Mr J.K. Uttam told my bonds would be mature by September 2018, But now when I asked in Ghatampur Branch (former Jahanbad F.C.). They said it will take three years more. They are forcing me to extend bond period.
Please help me as I am economically very weak sir.I have my daughter's marriage next month.
I have sent all documents related to my bond.

i was also facing same issue so i went to the manager of my homebranch and talked with him...he said you can withdraw your money but they will deduct tds and gst only if applicable..so no need to worry...you can withdraw your money at the time of maturity...10%tds if you have PAN card otherwise 20% tds +gst will be deducted at the time of withdrawal...[protected] its my no

I m submitting the complaint as my father had invested rs. 16400 in july 2012 and it is matured in july 2017 i. E. Last year. My father expired on 26th oct 2016.
And as the policy terms it is matured in august 2017, but the payment is not done yet and they are trying for forceful conversion. And may be they had tried it by forgery.

Finally i request to consider the case & take a positive action for public welfare.

Thier maturity is in october 2018.
Concerned agent RS upadhya from ayodhya 1729 is advising me to reinvest in some scheme for 3 years.
Iam retired employee and in need of money.
Advised me what to do.

I am currently going through my sahara q shop bond (Plan h) claim processing. The branch employees are lying everyday and they are not trustworthy so here i need your help to get the following information:-

1. The actual time frame which has been instructed by indian government rules and regulations to process a claim of such kind of bonds (From submitting claim form to handling over the check to customer).

2. Gst & tds related:-

(I) what will the percentage of gst & tds on q shop bonds plan h?
(Ii) is there any procedure to not get tds deducted automatically (Like
Form g-15 in banks). I want to pay it while filing my final itr.

I have invested a significant amount as a fixed deposit in this company and it has been matured last year march. Now when I am appealing to get the money the agents are not co-operating and deny to send us money. It our own money we have to fight for. Please look into this.

I have tried multiple methods to connect with the company, but have got no response yet, and all the numbers given are also unavailable. It has already been 6 years. My father in law took a plan in Sahara housing and it converted into Q-shop in 2012.He has died and my mother in law is nomnee .She submeeted all paper in Renukoot(1295) on 28/10/2017 to refund money.Branch head is not giving proper answer.Pl. help me.

My mother invest money in above mention company, against plan (Advance for q shop goods (Exist) plan h) in 2012. As per introducer mr. Rashid alli this money double in 5 years now 5 years has been completed & we visit at branch bewar 1332 met with branch manager mr. V. N. Singh (17812) his mobile number [protected]. He said this plan is for 6 years maturity plan & you can't withdrawal policy as pre-maturity.

We don't want to continue this policy due to miscommunication by executive & branch manager.

When i asked for written policy condition from branch manager he refused for written & pre-maturity claim

There are no responses on the customer care number either or from the agent.
What type of response is this? There should be someone who is responsible for this and responding back from the sahara company.
