An amount of Rs.28000/- was deposited on 16/01/2013 for maturity date as 15/01/2019 the maturity value being Rs.65912/-. For the past 4 years repeated requests were made to the staff at Karimnagar but no response is forthcoming. They are postponing the refund of money with one reason or other. Finally another claim request was made on 14/03/2023. But no result.
They are adopting same methodologies just to postpone the refund issue. This complaint is for making payment of maturity amount along with eligible interest without any further delay.

I am complaining about my Sahara Q shop plan H in which I invested 133450 which is matured but I didn't get my maturity amount

In the year 2012 I invested 3 lakh rupees in Sahara q shop unique products range lmtd, but still after 10 years I didn't received anything money.

I have invest some amount few years ago but at present time after 10 to 12 years in that company's,
UP lucknow branch but my amount is not refunded. Please do something.

My name is Arvind Kumar, I have invested in Sahara Housing Investment corporation limited on 26/03/2010 but after Supreme Court order for amount refund, Sahara converts my investment in Sahara Q Shop Unique Product Range Limited.
Particular of product name “ADVANCE FOR Q SHOP GOODS (EXIST) PLAN H” 2012.
I have mailed to company Register of Mumbai however, I didn’t get any reply. Kindly help me.

Sir, i have deposited my amount rs 60000/- on 2013 in Q shop in sahara. since then 9 years have been passed, i always tried to make a call and reported physically at sahara office but manager could not response me in positive.
in view of the above may i request to get my amount with interest from sahara . thank u...

Legal question sir, i have invested in sahara Q Shop Unique Products Range Limited scheme in 2012, now it will be mature in may, 2018. But the agent of sahara and other officials are forcing me from last 3 months to convert these bonds in other scheme of 3 years and arguing that if i'll not go for conversion that they are not liable for payment and i can claim the maturity amount from sebi only. So i need ur detailed advise in the issue that if i really need to redeem my money from sebi then what is the procedure and how much time it will take to refund my money because i can not convert my bonds for further time

I have invested Rs. 1, 00, 000 in Sahara Q Shop Unique range products on Dated 07/12/2012 and it's maturity year was 2018 but still i have not received my money. I have visited many time to Sahara office and complaint to concern persons and agent but every time they replied that SEBI has filed court case and money is got stuck with SEBI and it will be released once after court decision. But i would like to inform you that court case is field against Sahara Real Estate and Sahara housing board and there is no any connection with Sahara Q Shop Unique range products in this case then why my money is stuck and not released yet.

Request you to please look into the matter and release my payment with interest at earliest.

I Veronica D'Mello, on January 01, 2012; invested Rs 150000.00 ( 1 Lakh 50 Thousand ) in Sahara Fix deposit, to be double in 69 months. But after around 13 months, on February 18, 2013; agent transferred the amount Rs 180000.00 ( !50000 + 30000 Interest ) into Sahara Q Shop Unique Products Range Limited, without my consent or permission.
As per the certificate, the above investment suppose to be mature on February 18, 2019. After maturity, I never got any payment from the above investment. I called several times, try to contact personally, but still no response or any information.
It is now almost 5 years after maturity and over 11 years since the investment, I am not able to recover any amount from my investment. Now I am 60 years old, and depends on this fund for my retirement life, with no other income.
I request you to help me to get my investment back. I am attaching the copy of Investment Certificate. Please let me know, if you need any more information.

I have raised a complaint against Sahara Q shop and Sahara Unique products range vide complain id no. SM03-19.08.2022 and SM04-19.08.2022.

We also refer to the CP gram Order received from Co-Operative Society that our has been forwarded for refund the maturity amount as per attached order sheet, but till date I have not received any amount from your side of our matured bond.

Last 5th December I was complained but my problem was same position 30th May 2021 my policy was matured but one an half year complete but I don't know how can I get my matured money

I have invested in Q shop on 25th May & 21st may 2012 i.e 13800/- and 20700/-

I want refund of both the above investment which I have done

On 1.10.2005, I invested Rs. 1, 00, 004 in Sahara India's Housing Project through their representative Mr. K. Basu of office situated at Ashram, New Delhi. In April 2010 Mr. Basu took away the certificate/passbook issued by sahara India on the pretext of issuing a fresh certificate. However, on 28.4.2010 they issued a certificate showing investment of Rs. 1, 20, 00in Sahara Bonds for 18 months. Again in July, 2012 when I wanted to get refund, an agent Mr. K.Lal came to my house and in lieu of the certificate, issued me a receipt No.[protected] showing an investment of Rs. 1, 56, 850 as Advance for Q Shop Plan H and told me that I will get more than double the money after 6 years.
Now its more than 10 years but I have still not got the refund

Hi, i have invested for different FD under Sahara Q-Shop Plan H in 2012 for amount 2, 32, 100/- with the maturity period of 06 years. But till date no payment has been made to me. please do the needful for refund my payments with interest.

I had invested in Sahara Q shop - Plan H programme and under which I had invested through 6 different certificates of 20000 each i.e. an accumulated amount of ₹120000 on 28/07/2012 with certificate number[protected]/82/83/84/85/86 in the name Sarmila Jain. I have not received a single amount since then.
