Dear sir,
I am deepak prasun, a valuable customer of sahara india. I have invested inr 6000/- (Six thousand rupees) in "sahara q shop unique products range limited." on dated 07/08/2012 with full faith. Now i have completed 5 years 2 months and 4 days.
Now i have urgent need of money, so i went to sahara india office today, which is located at wz-1, phool bagh rampura, tri nagar, new delhi-110035.
Branch code is 1841.
I met branch manager mrs. Ranjana devi and ask for the payment. She said very politely that i cant't pay before maturity, whereas maturity date is not mentioned on that very certificate. Then i said madam but i have urgent need of payment. Then madam called her senior mr. Sudhir srivastava who is the sector manager ashe sat on very respective post. He said to branch manager madam that please give the call to customer, madam gave me phone. He started taking to me very cruel, when i ask for the payment, then he said me that man is going there and he will talk to you, i said as reply that sir please that man should have knowledge to shot out my problem.
After 24 minutes two man mr. Permanand and his brother came and started abusing and beating me in the presence of branch manager and all working staff and my working agent mr. Pramod kumar karn. I hightlights both men are sahara india agent. I also mentioned the agent code of mr. Permanand is :[protected]. As both came on the basis of order of sector manager mr. Sudhir srivastava.
I think its effects the goodwill and reputation of sahara india.
Please take a serious step against above men who is responsible for these types big issue.
