Sahara Q Shop — Complaint no : ss5230321

Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to express my serious concern regarding the delay in processing my consumer complaint submitted against Sahara Q-Shop on 23 March 2020. Despite submitting the complaint, I have not received any update regarding its present status or the action taken by the concerned authority.
I invested ₹4, 25, 700 (Rupees Four Lakh twenty five Thousand seven hundred only) in Sahara Q-Shop in 2012. I have been struggling to recover my invested amount and have been awaiting a proper resolution for a long time. The continued absence of any response or progress information has caused me considerable inconvenience and distress.
