Sahara Q Shop — issue of money refund

Dear Sir,

I have invested a sum of Rs 50, 000 in SAHARA Adobe bond(splited in four bonds) in 5th oct 2009. I was forced to convert the above scheme to SAHARA Q SHOP UNIC PRODUCTS RANGE LIMITED under "PLAN_H" in 2012.having the maturity date in july 2018.When I approached to get refund as per the scheme, the manager informed to apply for refund to sebi with a circular and form.
Is this a genuine advice given by SAHARA or any some other conspiracy?
Further, sahara manager was again convincing to get the money reinvested in a scheme called golden 24 of humara india credit cooperative society limited registered in west bengal, which seems another booby trap.
Pl advise how to get the refund...

The fund raised by Sahara Q-Shop appears to be in the nature of advances towards Q-Shop products.
Hence money raised by Sahara Q-Shop is not against issue of any security like share or debenture but is stated to be advance to be adjusted against the purchases made from the retail chains of the company. The matter does not fall under the purview of SEBI.

Take legal action against your agent & branch Manager & Sahara.

I have submitted Rs. 23000 advance for Q Shop G Odds (Exist) Plan but not received my money back yet.

Please find the receipt of the same in the attachment and let me know when I will get my money.

My parents have invested 50000/- 6 years a go and now after maturity no one is entertaining them. the company is closed and all our money has sinked in Sahara shri.

Can any one let us know how can be money recover.
