Sahara Q Shop — Maturity amount not received

Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding the below policies and writing on behalf of my parents- 1.[protected].[protected].[protected].[protected] The above Golden 24 policies had already matured on 28th-Aug-2020 but the maturity amount have not been received yet. Also, there is a poor response from the branch manager Deoria when we ask. Initially, we had taken the Sahara Q-shop policy in 2014 for five years and matured in 2018 but when we approached the branch to get the maturity amount, they said they don't have money to be paid as of now and extended this policy into the Golden 24 policy for 2 more years. My parents are senior citizens and money is needed all the time due to health issues. I had also communicated to the below Sahara grievance id but no help - grievance.[protected]@sahara.in gro.[protected]@sahara.in please help and advise as the branch manager and Sahara company are not responding. Policyholder - Chandra Mohan Pandey and Vimla devi (Attached files are the for the reference)
