Dear Sir/Madam,
With due respect I want to state that me and my elder brother have opted for the SAHARA " Q SHOP GOODS PLAN H '' on 18/02/2013 which has matured in February 2019. After its maturity we have gone to the branch as well as the head office of SAHARA to get our maturity amount but they refused to do so and told us to wait until the litigation resolves. After a year of regular visit to branch as well as Head Office for the payment of maturity value, we have been told that we have to convert that SAHARA “Q SHOP GOODS PLAN H” into some other plan of SAHARA and then to wait till the maturity of further opted plan. And because we were in urgent need of money we refused to do so. After that we sent SAHARA three letters during intervals dated- 27/02/2020, 12/10/2020 & 02/11/2020 requesting to release the maturity value which at that time were due for nearly two years but we have not received any response against those letters. In order to recover our maturity value on 11/12/2021 we have sent a LEGAL NOTICE to SAHARA BRANCH OFFICE as well as to SAHARA HEAD OFFICE OF PATNA. Instead of all these we have not received any type of information regarding the payment of our maturity value and now our maturity value is due for more than three years.
We have tried aforesaid things for the recovery and now we do not have any other hope to recover our money. Kindly look into it and do the needful so that we can have our money back with the due value. For this kindness I shall always be obliged to you.
