Sahara Q Shop — non receipt of payment of "adv on plan b (inst)" 12250 new - supra

Dear sir / madam,
I have not yet received the payment yet after 8 years approx. Following are the information.
'- date of the incident - 30/04/2012; receipt no.: [protected];
'- name of depositer - ms. Manisha charaborty. S. A code[protected].
'- introducer code :[protected],
'- authorised center - mechada f. C.[protected],
'- amount of 1st premium rs. - 5050/-
'- next premium amt paid - rs. 650/-
There after i have not received any receipt of sahar q shop. But, i have paid to introducer the amount rs. 7000/- by bank cheque. Please refund my money.
