Sahara Q Shop — Not getting my Maturity Amount of my mother's Q Shop

I would like to inform you that i am having sahara Q shop bond in my mother's name late Noorjahan Begum, And i Nour Fatma is the nominee for the same. I tried a lot to get my maturity amount but i failed to get the same. I had visited the sahara office several times and contacted with the branch manager but haven't got any kind of positive response. i would like to also inform you that i am the only legal heir of my parents. so i request you to please do the needfulas i am in urgent need of money.
