Sahara Q Shop — payment not received under sahara gold bank

I have invested for 5 year plan in 2012 june under sahara gold bank for 94gm gold and it was finished by this june. But when i approached bank for my amount/gold they are saying it is forwarded to other teams. But not confirming when we will get the gold/amount. Kindly help me getting my amount back, i am needing it.
