Sahara Q Shop — Q product plan(Maturity amount not refunded) | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have five policies in Q product plan which were matured in May-2018. The Customer ID of the policies are mentioned below and the scaned copy of the policies are attached for your ready reference. [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] I lodged a complain on 23 rd March-2020 on the portal and the response received that "Your complaint has been forwarded to Sahara Q Shop customer service. You should receive a reply from the company representatives within several days.". Most surprisingly I have not received any mail/call/sms from the company. Then I visited the Rishra(PIN-712248) Branch of Sahara several times but the Manager could not provide me any assurance or tentative date to get the mturity amount.After that I called the customer care number([protected]) and the executive assigned a complain number- "ss5230321". A lot of frustration compelled me to resubmit the same complain to bring the problem in your notice again to get a fruitful solution. Hope you will be kind enough to ensure me the tentative date to get the maturity amount. It is needless to mention that I have lost my job due to pandemic situation and struggling to support my family. I need the money very urgently to survive in the critical time.
