Sahara Q Shop — Sahara India Pariwar not processing my redemption application for already matured Sahara Q Shop bonds

Dear Sir/ Maa'm,
I had submitted the redemption request application for customer ids[protected]/[protected]/[protected] of Sahara Q Shop bonds to Manager (Mr. S.K. Pathak) Sahara India Bhitariya branch Distt Barabanki Uttar Pradesh (Service Center 2019) on 19/03/2021 and the application was highly recommended by him to Regional Manager Worker . But the request is not processed by Sahara India Pariwar till now.
Photo copy of the application is attached herewith. Few related whatsapp chats with Manager Mr. S.K. Pathak are also attached for kind reference. I also attach herewith the photo copies of the original bonds.
Kindly help me to get my matured amount of about Rs. 220661/- redeemed from Sahara India Pariwar.
I shall be highly thankful for the fruitful action at your end please.
