Dear customer care executive, My father (Ram prakash) have taken 03 certificates on sahara q shop plan-h. We would like to redeem the certificate as they have now matured but the sahara agent (Awdesh singh) is saying it can not be redeemed but money has to be switched over to another scheme as the sahara is not in a position to pay the amount. Furthermore, he informed that the policy has been closed, sahara will not give you the payment, hence you go on the new policy. Please find attached scanned copy of the certificate for your information. We are in need of money and would like to withdraw the amount due to my personal reasons.
