Sahara Q Shop — to get maturity amount

I had invested rs 16000 in sahara hosuing investment corporation limited at march 2010 which was converted to sahara qshop scheme on 2012 and at that time, sahara agent told me that you can withdraw after 6 years and after finishing 6 years now again i am struggle to get my money back. I am from pune. Kindly help me to get my maturity amount.
