Sahara Q Shop — withdrawal of money from sahara q shop (exist) plan h

Sir/mam, i had advanced money for sahara q shop goods (Exist) plan h. I have two certificate dated 18.08.2012 under this investment, one of rs. 20, 000 and another of rs. 27, 600. More than 5 years have elapsed and now i need urgent money for reimbursement of coaching fees of my children.
Agent is saying that i can't withdraw money before 6 years. Sir/mam please help me and provide proper amount so that i could pay my children's coaching fees.
