dear sir, i bought a micromax handset from saholic.com with order id 811561 on 1/9/2014. the handset received had manufacturing defect for which we asked to replace the handset but the company troubled alot and finally agreed to replace after a month's time after lots of harassment to us. When they arranged reverse pick up by bluedart courier the bluedart people by mistake sent the mobile to micromax directly which was not traceable with micromax by saholic.com. Now after continuously following up with saholic.com today they accepted that they have traced the handset with micromax and are replacing the handset with a new one. In the mean while i have already bought a another new handset so i asked Saholic.com to refund me my money but now they are not ready to refund back the amount... i have faced lots of trouble by dealing with saholic and bluedart and now i am totally fed up and badly harassed by dealing with these companies and i question on their mode of working so as to how they work business where they put customer in trouble and then raise their hand that they cant help in it...On talking with Mr Shailesh from Saholic.com to provide refund instead of new handset he denied and on telling him to complain this matter to legal authorities he shamelessly said he is not afraid of anyone Pls deal with such companies with very harsh punishment so that they don't trouble to any other people and cancel their company registration and help me to get my money back as refund..

    i am purchased spice coolpad 2 Mi 496 on 2nd april 2014 in online store SAHOLIC.COM, order id- 678434. But dispathed mobile & invoice are diffrent IMEI no. mobile., invoice imei no. ( M [protected], S [protected]) & handset IMEI no.- (M [protected], S [protected]) so kindly help soon this matter. attachment invoice
    Myself Shobith have done a online recharge of 200rs.to etisalat number [protected] through saholic site . But the recharge was unsuccessful and the amount has been deducted. I want my refund back.

      Hi guys , My Order number is - 523876 I want to tell you guys . What kind of people these days are being fooled by the website's wia Sholik.com. I want share some bad expraince with you. because I face many issue from sholik website no any body face this tipe problem in feture. I Buy a Karbonn A50 mobile on sholik.com. The issue is sholik not send me proper mobile because on sholik web site showing configation karbonn mobile os android 4.0 (ice cream sandwich ). but when we found mobile we found os android 2.3 gingerbread and old product lick some body use this mobile. When I called regading os relate costomer care officer he tell me can you proof you found wrong os. than we send snapshoot and some video on box whare the show android 2.3 gingerbread. after sent all proof we call customer care again and ask any think requre he tell me no and when i ask how many time reslove this issue he tell me 24 to 48 hrs your all issue is reslove. but today no issue reslove in 10 days. we waiting responce I hope you help me [...]

        I order karbon titanium s5 mobile phone from saholic.com on 23 april 13 after three days on 26 april 13 I got the delivery.after opening the parcel I noticed the mobile is deffective its got damaged display. Therfore As soon as I intimated saholic customer care on their number [protected] and told them about the deffect in mobile.the person on otherside told me to go to karbon service center and ask them for dead on arrival(D.O.A) certificate so that they can replace mobile. I went to service center and shows the deffect in mobile asked them for the D.O.A but they refused to give that.as soon as I again contacted saholic customer care and told them about the refusal of DOA.now person on other side this time told me that they note down my complaint and escalated the matter to their concerned department and their team will talk with karbon customer service and make my DOA and replace my mobile and asked me to wait for process time.since then when ever I contacted customer care they always give same reply to wait for process time.after so many calls to saholic customer care now on 16 may they called me and refused to replaced my mobile by saying its not in warrenty.i recived damaged handset inside the box & no solution provided by online seller nor product service center. Only get harrashments.saholic.com sends deffective product by doing fraud with customers.

          care walo ne kaha ki aap micromax mobile service centre se DOA (Dead on Arrival) banva kar copy mail kare.
          maine 16/4/13 DOA banva kar copy mail kar diya, aur maine refund ka bhi mail kar diya ...
          fir maine saholic customer care par refund ki baat ki. care walo ne mujhe kaha ki 2 day me aapka mobile (return) courier wala pickup kar lega. aur cash ya cheque se ho jaiga ...

          5 day tak koi courier wala pickup karne nahi aaya .. fir maine care par call kiya kaha ki aabhi tak koi pickup karne koi nahi aaya.. fir mujhe company se mail aaya ki aapki courier pickup date 22/4/13 hai ..
          aur 2 day baad 22/4/13 ko bhi koi pickup ke nahi aaya .... maine company ko mail aur call bhi kiya ki aaj
          7-8 day ho gaye pickup/refund nahi huya...

          care wale kahte ki aapka replacement hoga.. hum refund nahi karenge
          maine kaha ki pahle aapne refund ka kyu kaha tha ... care wale saaf-2 baat mukar gaye ki humne refund ke liye nahi kaha .....

          maine company ko 5-6 baar mail kiya par koi reply nahi aaya ....

          par aaj 8 day ho gaye ..... aabhi tak koi pickup karne he nahi aaya .. aur refund ke liye saaf-2 fraud kiya

          jago grahak jago..... saholic is fraud site... jaisa mere sath huya ... vo aapke sath na ho......

            मैंने एक मोबाइल spice mi -530 ओडर किया था लेकिन ऑनलाइन कार्ड 3d paasword इन्कारेक्ट बताया और मेरे सर्वर पर अमाउंट फेल्ड मैसेज आया. तो मैंने एक और मोबाइल Spice mi -530 ओडर कर दिया पर दोनों सुच्सेज्फुली हो गया तो मैंने एक ओडर 3847 को कैंसिल करा दिया और कस्टमर केअर से बात किया तो पेमेंट वापस करे के बारे तो सूचना दिया गया की आप का ओडर कैंसिल कर दिया गया हैं मैंने पूछा की मेरा अमाउंट कब तक आ जायेगा तो बताया गया की जल्द आ जायेगा पर अब तक नहीं आया ०३-०२-२०१३ को ओडर किया था और तब से न कोई मैसेज और न कोई फ़ोन और न ही इमेल्स का कोई जबाब आ रहा है और न बताया जा रहा हैं की आपका अमाउंट भेज जायेगा सर कृपया करके मेरा अमाउंट वापस दिलाने की कृपया करे

              Hi all, this is my first post in this website and I hope that I get justice from people who misguide and do frauds.
              My complaint is regarding Saholic.com, which is an online store.
              I order a Karbonn tablet from their website cost was 9599 which includes all accessories like tablet, charger, Headphone, USB cables and manuals.
              I placed the order and selected the option of cash on delivery, which I thought would be the best.
              I got the product delivered in 3 days which was really a good deal, but is very common now a days in a competitive market.
              When the courier person came to my place, he told us that he will not allow us to open the box till the time he gets full payment.
              We handed over the full amount to him and we opened the box to see the product, unfortunately the courier guy left from our place after he got the payment, the product box was packed in www.saholic.com package.
              We found that the Karbonn seal is broken, but we thought its ok and we found the tablet, when we removed the Tab, beneath that there was a cover to hold the tab after removing the tab, we found that only the manual was present(accessories like charger, headphone) were missing in the package.
              I made the complaint online regarding that and did not get any response till 2 days so I called up www.saholic.com call Center for checking the status, they informed that they have forwarded the case to investigation team and they are looking into it.
              I called up again next day morning and they told that the investigation is almost over and I will get a call or mail from them by evening, but I didn't receive one, (might be possible that they stay in a different world and I don't know when there evening will come)
              I called them on the same day by 10 pm to ask the status they told that investigation is still going on. I asked them whether they have sent the case to CID, Police or FBI but they told that they have a dedicating team, the agent told me that I will get revert from concern team.
              I called them next day and asked them the status they told its still in progress. And not sure when it would be completed.
              I asked for supervisor and they told that they don't have a Supervisor on floor(really interesting)
              Also the product I have received is a faulty product as the wifi does not work, when I asked for replacement they told to get DOA certification from Karbonn.
              Still I have not received any revert from them.
              They promise the delivery in 2 - 3 days but what's the use of the product which does not have accessories.
              I highly recommend you all not to purchase any product from www.Saholic.com, it seems to be a bogus company.
              I really don't care if I don't get my accessories, but I will ensure that I spread this message everywhere possible so that any other person cannot be their victim.
              My message is clear : Don't buy anything from Saholic.com
              please don't buy any product because they r cheat them customer.Appear Images are wrong they are not send buyer's product as per his buying and not send accessories proper so i suggest you don't buy any product from saholic.

              Saholic is cheap & really famous for frauds, they don't even reply to emails or tickets raised at there websites.
              Only one opction book any product and slect cash on delivery opction. when the come parcel cancell and tell your preves complen and angain again same prosses last you foun resolotion with your los.

                I ordered Micromax A110 Mobile(Order Id 268333) on 02.11.2012 which was supposed to be delivered on 06.11.2012(indicated by Saholic) but I am yet to receive the Item. I wanted to give the item as gift but whole purpose is spoiled. This online company may be fake/frod. I want my money back along with the compensation.

                Please help me out How can I get back my money with compensation.

                I do not know How to file a complaint in consumer court? Please help me out and help others who have been cheated by Saholic.com.

                  I have placed a order for Micromax mobile A110 on 2nd November 2012, and they have confirmed that the parcel will be delivered on 06th November 2012.

                  i have already waited a lot, and further i cannot wait. as the order is placed on 02.11.2012, and they have committed to deliver the product on 06.11.2012 which is not happened till now.

                  because of this, my all plans are spoiled as i was suppose to gift it to someone spl today.

                  as per your customer support, the product may get delivered by 12.11.2012, which is of no use for me.

                  the courier contact no what you have provided, nobody responds to the call. i tried hundred times from yesterday.

                  what i request you is, deliver the materials today before 5.00 PM or cancel the order and refund the amount with penalty of Rs. 9999/- (i.e total of Rs. 19998/- to be refunded).

                  Pls help me out.

                    I have placed an Order of Micromax Ninja 3 by Saholic.com on date[protected] Order ID No 225076 and it is delivered to me on date[protected] evening and when I checked the Handset I have found that it has so many problems as it is not supporting any Sim Card and it is overheating even on charging and battery got discharged in 15 minutes after fully charged the heating is so high that you can’t put it nearby your Ears overall the handset was of no use so I have intimate the same problem to Saholic.Com by calling them as well as mail the same problems to them so they told me that the handset will replace by them and they also provide me address to sent it back and told me that the next days Saturday and Sunday was off for them so I have sent the same on date[protected] by blue dart express service for which I have to pay 475 rupees but and the next day on date[protected] I got replied by blue dart that the consignee has refused to accept the shipment so I was fully shocked and asked the Saholic.Com Customer care to tell me the reason why they are not getting the courier so they promised to get same next day but now 5 days has been left neither they have accept the courier or not put even a mail to me whenever I called the customer Care of Saholic.Com a madam named suman told me that my mails has been forwarder to their senior department and they will mail me soon but their senior department is so senior that they have no times for their customers so overall it’s a very bad experience with Saholic.com and I will not buy anything from any online store in future I am also feeling cheated because I have lost my hardly earned money 4850+475 and for which I have got nothing from Saholic.Com so I m very disappointed.

                        I have ordered for samsung galaxy ace 5830 from saholic.com on[protected]. My order id # 184471, but they sent me another handset galaxy 5830i. When i inquired about this they were not ready to replace it with what i have originally ordered & told me that both are same product. After much arguing they told me to return it, but nobody came for pickup courier for one week. everyday i made call there was no response from their side. finally on 21-07-12 i returned it. while giving back the wrong product they told me that with in 7 days i'll get new product. i have waited for two weeks but till now i haven't got it[protected]. Now they are telling that i'll get it after 10 days, ie 43 days after making payment. I really fed up with calling customer care. They are really ruthless & dont know how to deal with customers. i have one request please dont purchase anything from saholic, u will have to suffer for sure.

                          My name is Mir Mustafa Ali, I purchased the Karbonn A1 mobile handset online from www.saholic.com website A Spice group venture. Order # 46867 ordered on 14/01/2012 for Rs: 4299 paid them at the time of delivery Invoice no.[protected]. Delivered on 18/01/201 IMEI No: [protected]. The handset had a ringer problem so I lodged a complain to saholic.com customer relations on 20/01/2012. Got a reply from them to contact the Karbonn service center for further assistance & cannot be replaced.

                          After my multiple attempts of reaching the Karbonn service center on phone, I finally visited their service center : PRIME TECH SERVICES located at: #11, Sagar plaza, City center upper ground floor, Abids, Hyderabad-500001. The service technician there clearly told me that the ringer problem of the A1 handset cannot be repaired, as the Karbonn does't supply spares for it also this is a common problem for Karbonn A1 model and I need to contact the seller for replacement as the handset purchased by me is a defective product.

                          Please refer to the attached DOA certificate given to me by Karbonn Service center and also the invoice provided by saholic.com n purchase of product.

                          My Question firstly is to the seller: www.saholic.com A Spice group venture is why was a defective product sold to the customer.
                          Secondly to the manufacturer of the handset Karbonn Mobiles as why are they selling such a product into the market for which they cannot provide basic repair service.

                          Also to emphasize the fact is there no regulatory body which controls the sale of defective products in to the market through online, allowing the sellers to cheat the end customers by selling the defective products.

                          I would also like to make a point clear that a brand like Karbonn is selling a products in the market to customer, with a promise of service warranty. However, when the customer approaches its service center for service it is not well equipped with adequate spares and technicians. How could a brand like Karbonn sell a product and doesn't provide the essential spares to its service centers?

                          I would also like to warn people from buying products online from such sites, which sells defective products and to also be aware about such mobile companies which sells the products that they cannot service.

                          Hi I was contacted by Mr Suraj from saholic.com. He assured me that the defective product will be replaced. I received a new karbonn A1 mobile yesterday, after sending the defective product to saholic.com via their representative courier. It was a really quick response from saholic.com customer relations.                           I have purchased Sony WT19i and he mentioned that there is headset free with this (snap shot attached) placed order on[protected] recieved product on

                          Hi All,

                          I had purchased Karbonn A1+ mobile phone from Adexmart.com in Feb, 2013 and I received it within couple of days of booking, however, the mobile was not working with any Sim Card and the usb cable was also defective as it was not keeping plugged in. After contacting the service center (Suri Telecom, West Guru Angad Ngr, Delhi), they said that they have repaired the set and tested it against their server software to confirm its working fine. However, when we tried to insert the Sim it again had no signals.

                          Once again we went to the Suri Telecom to ask for clarification and the guy attending to us said that we had tested the phone on the software not with Sim Cards and this seems to be a bigger problem and you'll have to leave the mobile with us for atleast 15-20 days. After repetitive calls and follow ups finally I got the phone today (13 April, 2013; almost after 2 months from date of purchase) and the guy said it was a motherboard issue which had to be repaired. Luckily the phone showed few signal bars this time but again we are unable to call any number as the bars disappear when the call is about to connect.

                          Request someone either from Karbonn/Adexmart to take this forward as we are tired of dealing with your service center guys. And request you to replace the product as it is defective. We have not been able to use this product even for one day, it a shame for Karbonn, Adexmart, Lakee eShopping India Pvt Ltd (Chennai) & Suri Telecom.

                          I am mentioning the details of my phone below. Please take a corrective action soon.

                            I order for a Samsung Galaxy Y phone from SAHOLIC.com run by spice telecom on Cash on Delivery basis.

                            I received the product the next day but the mobile box seal was broken, also the box looked like an old one. However the courier arrived in a sealed cover. So the box was opened from the sellers end (SAHOLIC.com)

                            It seems that they sent me a refurbished product for the price of a new one. Two seals on the box was broken and also the It hangs a lot. Another important sign is that the scratch guard has dust inside it that mean it was opened and pasted again.

                            I mailed Saholic.com and got a call from their team. They asked me for the IMEI number on the bill, which was not there on the bill at all. On the bill (black and white print) I had my address, contact number and the order number along with the IN number of Saholic.com

                            But from their communication, It seems that it was not the proper bill. There is something wrong in their side while sending the product.

                              I have purchased Nokia Bluetooth headset BH-108 from Saholi.com on 18/10/2011 11:53:29 AM. Though the company claims to deliver it on the next day it was delivered on 24.10.11. After opening its content, to my surprise I saw there was no charger. I have send four mails and posted in its facebook page. But still to hear from Saholic.com regarding absence of Charger in the delivery package (Order no: 10191). Though its website says that ‘Package should content - Nokia Bluetooth headset BH-108, Nokia charger AC-3, user guide’. Beware of this type of company.
                              I see that your post is very old and amazed that no one respond on it for a year.
                              I am surprised, I was about to buy Mircromax A90 from them today.
                              Just before processing the payment thought should check review first about Saholic.com.
