I would like to formally raise a complaint against SAI Group of Organization regarding the failure to fulfill the promised job assurance commitment and the continued delay in refunding my money.
The organization collected an amount of ?1, 00, 000 from me by assuring job placement opportunities. However, despite these promises, the organization failed to provide the promised job opportunity.
After multiple follow-ups and repeated requests, the organization agreed to process my refund. However, only ?50, 000 has been refunded so far, and the remaining balance amount is still pending despite several commitments and promised dates.
The organization promised to refund the remaining ?50, 000 on the following dates, but failed to do so each time:

Due to this delay, I am facing severe financial difficulties and mental harassment. I am struggling to arrange funds for my children's school fees and other essential family expenses. The repeated false assurances and delays have caused significant stress, inconvenience, and financial loss.
Even after several reminders, emails, and telephonic conversations, the organization has failed to complete the remaining refund amount within the committed timeline.
Therefore, I request immediate intervention and seek:
• Refund of the remaining pending amount
• Compensation for financial loss
• Compensation for mental harassment and inconvenience caused
• Appropriate action against the organization for misleading commitments and deficiency in service
If the matter is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with escalating this complaint before the State and National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and pursue all legal remedies available to me.
