I am writing this letter to raise a serious complaint regarding my pending refund for the Singapore job process applied through your organisation.

I applied for a Singapore job on 03/05/2025, and as per your agreement, you assured that I would get a job within 4 months. At the time of registration, I paid:

₹1, 000/- as registration fee

₹1, 00, 000/- (one lakh rupees) as service charges

However, even after 4 months, no job was provided. Therefore, I applied for a refund in August 2025, but now it has been a total of 7 months, and my refund has still not been processed.

I have been contacting your office regularly through phone calls and WhatsApp messages, but there has been no response from your side. This lack of response and delay has caused me financial loss and mental stress.
Please treat this as an urgent matter. If I do not receive a response soon, I will be forced to take legal action and escalate this case to the labour department and consumer protection authorities.
