[Resolved]  Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Scamming poor peoples money

Before applying for a job, think twice—they are scammers.

I applied for a job in Dubai on 02/05/2025. Initially, they asked me to wait for a three-month period. On 18th July, I called them to ask for an update. They told me that my visa would be issued on 20th July. When I contacted them on that date, they said there were some quota issues and that my visa would be issued on 20th August.

On 20th August, when I called again regarding my visa, they told me to wait until the first week of November. I kept contacting them for updates. They said I would have an interview between September 16th and 18th, but I received no response. Then they said the visa would come by September 30th, then October 10th, then the following week. Finally, they said it would come by November 30th.

Later, I contacted them again and informed them that we should complete the process by December 31. On 26th December, they told me that my application had moved forward and that the visa number would come on the 29th. They then asked me to come to their office on 2nd January. I went to their office, and they informed me that the visa would come on 5th January and asked me to come back on 6th January.

So today (06/01/2026), I visited their office again, and I still did not get my visa. Every day, they keep delaying and making excuses. I am from Kanniyakumari, and every visit costs me ₹3, 000 in travel expenses. I already explained all my problems to them, including the fact that I am paying a loan. Just think about how much money I have lost because of them.

Even today, when I contacted them, they said it would take a few more days. They only give fake promises. Until now, I have not received any proper update from their side, and they keep delaying the process.

Because of this, I am facing serious financial problems. The amount I paid was taken through a loan, and I have to pay ₹13, 500 every month as EMI. This situation has affected me mentally, and I feel like I have lost my dream of working in IT.

You do not need to refund my amount. I have already run behind you for 8 months for this job, and now I am mentally and physically exhausted. I no longer have the strength to run behind you either to get my money back or to get the job.
