I'm Dhanush. I got a call from Sai Group Of Companies regarding job opportunity on 2nd April 2024 and I paid Rs.1000 as registration amount. After that they called me on Apr 26th 2024 that they have a vacancy in IBM (System Admin) role. They asked me to pay Rs.50000 as Initial Payment after getting job I need to pay Rs.50000. I agreed to their terms and conditions and I paid Rs.50000 as Initial Payment on May 7th 2024. They said it will take 2 months time for the process completion. If I did'nt get the job within 2 months they will refund the payment amount. I waited for 2 months and they called me on July 23rd 2024 that it may take some delay in the process and asked me to wait for 3 months and they informed me a date as Oct 28 2024 i'll get a offer letter from IBM. But they failed to do that. Again they asked me to wait for 1 month and on Nov 28th 2024 ill recieve the offer letter. Again they failed to do that and asked me to wait till Feb 2025. I applied for the refund process on Nov28th to give back my money but they are giving fake promises and delaying my refund amount.

I need that money urgently to pay my fees for higher studies so I request them to pay my money Rs 50000 back as soon as possible
