As per our agreement, I have paid a total of Rs. 1, 01, 000 (Rs. 1, 000 on 12/10/2023 and Rs. 1, 00, 000 on 20/11/2023) for services that, unfortunately, did not yield any job opportunities within the agreed-upon 90 days.

Having patiently waited until October 19th, 2024, which marks almost one year and three month from the commencement of our agreement they didn’t scheduled a single interview but they asked to pay 1000 for scheduling 3 interviews, I find myself compelled to seek a refund as per the terms outlined in our agreement. On October 19th, 2024, I formally submitted my request for a refund via email, attaching my original bill copy for your reference.
Regrettably, I have yet to receive any communication or refund from them. Despite my consistent follow-ups via email and phone, the responses have been inadequate, with promises of confirmation and repeated delays.

In mail they will used say we will confirm it soon. In phone they reply was improperly and rude. While process intimating they informed refund within 10 to 25 days only by postponing it every time.
The phone conversations have been particularly discourteous and unhelpful.

I wish to express my concern and dissatisfaction with the lack of progress and transparency in this matter. Attached to this complaint, you will find copies of my original bill and our previous email correspondences, outlining the history of this issue.
