I applied for a job in Singapore through Sai Education and Job consultancy on July 3rd, 2024. As per your requirement, I made an initial payment of ₹1, 00, 000 to start the process, with a promise that the job placement would be completed within four months.

However, even after eight months, no job has been arranged. Every time I followed up, the HR Manager, Amutha, and other office staff kept delaying, saying, "Next week, there will be an update" or "Wait for another month." This has been happening repeatedly.

I personally visited the consultancy multiple times due to the lack of proper responses, but each time, I was only given false promises that the update would come "within the week"—which never happened.

Having lost complete trust in the process, I requested a refund on 27, February 2025. I was assured that the refund would be processed on 21 March 2025, but now it has been more than that, and I have not received my money back. Moreover, there has been no proper response regarding the refund process.

This delay and unprofessional approach have caused me significant mental and financial distress. I demand an immediate refund of my payment and strict action against such fraudulent practices.

If my refund is not processed immediately, I will be forced to take legal action.
