Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Refund Delay of 1,01,000 I Want My Money Immediately

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Vasanth Pandiyan, am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the services provided by Sai Education and Job Consultancy, located at No. 163, Sai Building, First Floor, Shridevikuppam Main Rd, Valasaravakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

On 22/07/2024, I paid ₹1, 00, 000 online for job placement services after registering with the agency for ₹1, 000. I was informed that a job would be secured within three months and was assured that i[censored]nsuccessful, a refund would be processed within 14 days. However, after the three-month period, I contacted the consultancy and was told that the refund would take 3 to 4 weeks. The 3-4 week period ended on 23/11/2024, but I still have not received the refund.

They are now attempting to unnecessarily extend the refund period. I have all necessary proof, including call recordings, WhatsApp messages, agreement documents, and payment receipts, as evidence of my transactions and the commitments made by the consultancy.

I demand the immediate refund of ₹1, 01, 000 as per the agreement. If the refund is not processed immediately, I will file a complaint seeking compensation for the financial delay and the emotional stress this situation has caused. I will escalate the matter legally through my lawyer and file a complaint with the consumer protection authorities.

I also wish to highlight that they promised a secure job placement with Daimler, which has not materialized.

I advise others to avoid this consultancy, as they are wasting time and money.
