Sai Education and Job Consultancy — Refund of my Amount - Failed to provide a job opportunity as per agreement and failed to refund my money

I am Akshaya, (Bill No.1095 dated 07.03.2023), I approached SAI EDUCATION AND JOB CONSULTANCY PVT LTD on March 2023 for job consultancy services, specifically seeking placement in Singapore. The company promised to find a job as per my requirement. After verifying my education qualification and experience and confirming my requirement and the company asked me to pay Rs.1, 00, 000/- on 07.03.2023, towards job processing fee and Rs.1, 000/- on 03.03.2023, towards registration fee, totally Rs.1, 01, 000/-, through Google Pay with Bill No.1095. All my requirement was agreed by the company that to secure a job within a period of four months from date of payment. In spite of several follow ups and after (4 months) expiration of time period, the company has neither scheduled any job interviews nor provide any suitable job opportunity. I have made several attempts to communicate with the company, including multiple visits and phone calls and mails. Yet, all my efforts have only resulted in false assurances with no substantial action or refund. After persistent approach to their office, after 12 months (almost after one year) on 07.08.2024, they undertook to pay the amount, but they wanted me to rescind the contract and by signing a letter, they promised to pay the money Rs.1, 01, 000/- back within two days. Believing them I signed the letter but after two days, when I approached them, they started to telling reasons again and asked further period of time and further prolonged to pay. Because of this traumatic situation, I am facing issues with my family both financially and mentally. I applied for refund before 14 months, i.e., when they failed to provide a suitable job opportunity, but up-to-date, they giving vague replies and false promises. I really got fed up with the company and their promises and I feel so cheated by their actions. I would be thankful, if this forum helps me in getting my amount through this platform, or kindly guide me to approach the appropriate authority to give a complaint, to get back my refund amount Rs.1, 01, 000/-.
