This is in regards to the refund requested from Sai Consultancy for the fees paid of 1 Lakh and 1, 000 paid for registration.
I registered with Sai Consultancy for their employment services in Sep 2023. They promised to provide me a job in Singapore in 3-4 months. After 4 months they asked me to wait for another 3 months saying there is recession going on and also the government is not approving passes. I trusted them and waited for 3 more months, now they are asking to wait for 3 more months citing some lame excuses. After that I decided to ask for refund and sent them a mail requesting for refund. Since I didn't receive refund for 3 months I raised a complaint in this platform.

I resolved my previous complaint as they said the refund process will be on hold if i wont resolve the complaint, believing them I resolved the complaint and later they paid me 50k in June last week. Its been 2 months now that I didn't receive the remaining 50k, they are not answering my calls too. I want the refund amount immediately or I will take legal action as I'm urgently in need of money.
