I am writing this formal communication to place on record my serious grievance regarding the complete lack of progress and intentional evasion concerning my Poland job process.
I paid the required fees on April 22, 2026, for overseas employment processing. Over the last 6 months, I have received neither a credible update nor verifiable documentation regarding my application.
Despite visiting your office in person more than 7 to 8 times and raising continuous queries, I have only been given repeated, arbitrary extensions (10 days, 20 days, etc.) without any tangible results. The last committed deadline provided by your team was the first week of September 2026 after that they asking for September 3rd week and now they have asking for next 3 months time. Furthermore, my repeated calls are being deliberately ignored.
This pattern of taking money, failing to deliver promised services, giving false assurances, and cutting off communication constitutes gross deficiency of service and fraudulent misrepresentation.
As per the promised service in agreement shows 3 months only. But I had waited for more than 6 months, this kind of behaviour is adversely affect my valuable time also. I request you to process my refund of my paid 1 lakh rupees to the given account. I need my hard earned money back. Was this information helpful? |
