I am filing this formal complaint against the aforementioned opposite party for completely failing to deliver promised placement services, engaging in deceptive trade practices, and illegally withholding my hard-earned money.

1. DETAILS OF THE TRANSACTION:
I paid an upfront advance amount of ₹50, 000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the opposite party for their job search and placement services.

2. DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE:
As per the terms discussed, the agency promised to arrange relevant job interviews and assist me in securing employment. However, over a rigorous 9-month period following the payment, the agency failed to secure even a single interview or offer any tangible deliverables.

3. REFUSAL TO REFUND AND DELAY TACTICS:
Following their complete failure to perform, I formally requested a full refund of my ₹50, 000/- advance. It has now been an additional 9 months since my refund request (making it a total timeline of 18 months). The opposite party continues to outright refuse or indefinitely delay the return of my money.

Whenever I follow up with their representatives—specifically Jennifer, Geetha, and Princy—they deflect all accountability. They repeatedly offer an illogical, factually baseless excuse stating that "they have not received the amount back from the company HR." Furthermore, the agency operates with a severe lack of corporate transparency; the staff actively blocks clients from seeing or escalating the matter to the Founder.

4. UNFAIR & DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES:
In addition to withholding client funds, the establishment actively misleads the public. I have personally witnessed the staf[censored]sing bribery to manipulate online feedback and fabricate 5-star reviews on their public pages to lure in more unsuspecting job seekers.

PRAYER / RELIEF SOUGHT:
In light of the above facts, I pray before this esteemed authority to direct the opposite party to:
a) Refund the complete advance amount of ₹50, 000/- immediately.
b) Pay interest at a reasonable rate (e.g., 12% p.a.) for the 18-month delay.
c) Pay compensation for the severe mental agony, loss of valuable time, and harassment caused to me.
