Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Sai Group of Organization, which collected ₹1, 01, 000 from me after promising to arrange employment within three months.

Based on the assurances and commitments made by the organization, I paid ₹1, 01, 000 towards the promised job opportunity. However, despite the completion of the promised three-month period, the organization has failed to provide the promised job or satisfactory confirmation of employment.

Its been 1 year since I have made several attempts to obtain an update and resolve this matter directly with the organization. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I have suffered financial loss, mental stress, and unnecessary hardship because of the organization's failure to fulfil its commitment.

I believe that this matter requires investigation into the services promised, the money collected, and the failure to provide the agreed service.

Therefore, I respectfully request the concerned authority to:

Investigate the activities and commitments of Sai Group of Organization.

Direct the organization to refund the full amount of ₹1, 01, 000.

Consider appropriate compensation for the financial loss, mental harassment, and inconvenience suffered.

Take appropriate action under the applicable consumer protection laws if any violation is established.

Help ensure that other people do not face similar difficulties.

I am prepared to submit all supporting evidence, including payment receipts, bank transaction records, agreements, application forms, messages, and other communications with the organization.

I request that my complaint be registered and that appropriate action be taken to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
