I, Registration No: 27354, am filing this complaint against Sai Job Consultant for providing false job assurances, taking money under misleading commitments, and failing to deliver any promised results.

On 29th December 2023, I attended an interview arranged by the consultancy and paid ₹1, 000 as registration fees. Later, I was informed about a supposed job opportunity with IBM. Based on your team’s assurance that an offer letter would be issued soon, I paid an additional ₹50, 000 on 8th January 2024.

From that day till now, I have received no offer letter, no official update, and only repeated false promises every few months. Despite my continuous follow-ups, the consultancy failed to provide any proof of a genuine hiring process or job confirmation.

This experience has caused me financial loss, mental stress, wasted time, and broken trust. It is clear that the commitments made by Sai Job Consultant were misleading and not fulfilled.

Therefore, I request an immediate refund of the total amount paid, ₹51, 000 (Fifty-One Thousand Rupees), and expect this complaint to be treated with urgency and seriousness.
