Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sai Groups Of Organization, through whom I registered for a job opportunity on 27/11/2024. I was informed about a vacancy for the position of Warehouse Supervisor at *YOKOHOMA Co., Singapore*, which they claimed matched my profile. For this, I paid a registration fee of ₹1, 000, for which a bill was issued on 28/11/2024.

Subsequently, I was asked to make an additional payment of ₹1, 00, 000 for processing the job opportunity. I paid ₹50, 000 on 05/12/2024, and the remaining ₹50, 000 on 11/12/2024, completing the full amount.

It has now been nearly six months. During this period, I have maintained regular contact through phone calls and have visited their office on at least three occasions. However, I have not received any concrete update regarding the job. Based on their actions and communication, I now believe that this organization is fraudulent and has been misappropriating funds from job seekers.

Now I have requested a refund multiple times. On 05/05/2025, they sent an email stating that the refund process had been initiated. However, on the same day, they sent another email instructing me to ignore the previous message, claiming instead that the job process was ongoing. I have continued to request a refund via emails and phone calls, but their responses have been vague, dismissive, and inconsistent. Most of my calls have been ignored, and on the rare occasions they were answered, I was given conflicting excuses. Again, on 07/05/2025, I received an email claiming that the refund process had been started, but still now no actual progress has been made.

Therefore, I am compelled to file this complaint before this Hon'ble Consumer Forum, seeking immediate action against the aforementioned organization. I respectfully request that the forum direct them to **refund the full amount of ₹1, 01, 000 within seven (7) days** of receipt of this complaint and take appropriate legal action to prevent further exploitation of job seekers.
