Sai Service Centre — Refrigerator repair

We called the said company for repairing our refrigerator against complaint of no cooling. The said complaint was attended by the company through their service partner on 24th May 2017. The service Engineer told us that some part needs to be changed and charged us Rs. 2850/- against which a proper receipt was issued bearing number 2665.
The part replaced has a warranty of 3 months. On the next day, the refrigerator stopped cooling and we immediately called the service engineer.
After about 100 odd calls, the problem is still not attended till 30th May 2017 and all rubbish answers and new time lines are given by service engineer Mr. Abushad Khan Azmi ([protected]).
Mr. Azmi then gave another technicians name, Mr. Irshad Beeta ([protected]) and said he would come and attend the complaint and resolve. Since last 3 days till today i.e 1st June[protected] hrs, IST) the other technician also has given all rubbish answers and refused to attend the matter saying this is not his area of operation and he has not done the initial work so he is not responsible.
When we contacted the said company on the numbers given on the receipt[protected],[protected], [protected]), they also gave very vague answers and did not give any concrete response of how and when shall our complaint will be attended and by whom forcing us to make this complaint.

Through your intervention we seek the following help:
1. The said company should be booked for harassing the consumers
2. They should be directed to refund our money and should pay us 100 times the cost towards mental harassment and agony and the physical inconvenience caused to the entire family
3. The said company should be banned and closed so that they do not make other households suffer as we have gone through.
4. The said company should be penalised for cheating and de registered under Shops & Establishment act with a black listing of the owner..

We look forward for getting an award in our favour as due to the fraudulent behaviour of the said company, there has been a tremendous harassment and agony to us.
