Sai Service Centre — Washing machine service

Registered a complaint regarding the bad service provided by sai service. We asked them to fix our washing machine because it stopped working and we called the service guy at 5pm because i was not at home but he came at 2pm itself in my absence and replaced a part and charged rs 1500 for it. 1300 for the connector and 200 for his service. He said he was nearby so he came that time. The next morning when i started the washing machine for washing my clothes, water started spilling out of the tub under the machine, i again called the service guy to fix it. After several calls i ahain called him and he again repaired our washing machine. This time whenever we used to press any button i was getting a shock from it and he said our washing machine started leaking which never happened until he came and destroyed our washing machine. He said that he'll call me by 8pm about the leakage but he never called back and never showed up to our house to fix the problem. I spoke to the owner (Mahesh) and he said that he'll refund our money but he still didnt show up and i'm tired of calling them again and again.
