Hello sir\ madam,
I would like to highlight a fraud done by sai service center technician..

On 17th june i called on [protected] and reported my issue with the dryer of the whirlpool washing machine not working and was told technician will visit and assist with the issue and he will charge rs300 for visit, to which i agreed.

On 18th june technician raju visited at my place and in my absence he changed...

We called the said company for repairing our refrigerator against complaint of no cooling. The said complaint was attended by the company through their service partner on 24th May 2017. The service Engineer told us that some part needs to be changed and charged us Rs. 2850/- against which a proper receipt was issued bearing number 2665.
The part replaced has a warranty of 3 months. On the next day, the refrigerator stopped cooling...

Registered a complaint regarding the bad service provided by sai service. We asked them to fix our washing machine because it stopped working and we called the service guy at 5pm because i was not at home but he came at 2pm itself in my absence and replaced a part and charged rs 1500 for it. 1300 for the connector and 200 for his service.
