[Resolved]  Sai Service Centre — whirlpool washing machine

Hello sir\ madam,
I would like to highlight a fraud done by sai service center technician..

On 17th june i called on [protected] and reported my issue with the dryer of the whirlpool washing machine not working and was told technician will visit and assist with the issue and he will charge rs300 for visit, to which i agreed.

On 18th june technician raju visited at my place and in my absence he changed the capacitor and collected rs2500 from my dad.. When i inquired the price of the same capacitor in my local area i got to know that it cost only rs100 which is a first copy. And i also checked with sairam services the authorised service center of whirlpool they said it will cost rs 1100

On 18th june i called raju on [protected] he said he will come tomorrow and remove the capacitor and refund rs2200

When he did not came on 19th june i tried calling him he did not answer my calls and i tried to reach him from different number but he did not answered, i some how managed to get hold of him with the help of service center person rahul.. Raju said he will speak with the company person and come and issue the refund but it has been three days and he has not turned up and he is not answering the calls..

I tried calling him from my cell as well as my dad cell and he has blocked all the numbers.

Yesterday i called him from different number and he said he will not refund money and we can do whatever we want, even after telling him that whirlpool company is charging only rs1100 for the same part. He said we can complain where ever we want and he is not afraid of anyone.

I would like to request you to look into this issue, as this is a fraud case and consumers are being harassed.
