There was a lock problem of front glove box of my Bajaj Chetak scooter. I gave my vehicle for repair to @saiservice Phugewadi in the month of October 2022. The problem was not fixed at that time and service advisor told me that the work is pending and they will fix the problem next time. So I gave my scooter on 7th Jan 2023 for the repair and that time the panel was in good condition and the same was checked by the service advisor while collecting the vehicle for repair. When I went to collect my scooter on 12th Jan 2023, I noticed that the panel was in broken condition. Hence I requested service advisor to replace it, as it was broken by your staff, coz it was in good condition when the vehicle was given for repair. Service advisor refused to accept their mistake and not ready for replacement of damaged panel.
Here it is loss of my vehicle and also mental harassment for me to convince to the advisor. Was this information helpful? |
