[Resolved] Sai Service Station — dominar heating problem - lower parel | |||||
I gave my bike dominar 400 at bajaj sai service lower parel for a malfunction problem detected. The service manager said that he will keep updating bout the bike. Despite that they didn't inform nothing. After 10 day when i called they said we are working on the bike and we will give you tomorrow. On the next day they say it's not gonna happen here we don't have the technician here. You will have to give the bike to the andheri service center. Now i want to know its a new bike which should not have a certain problem like this so soon, secondly my bike is not for experiment, if they can't do it, they should have informed it to me prior, i would have dropped the bike to andheri myself. And how can i trust that my bike will be resolved. They are just wasting the time so that soon the warranty expires nani will have to pay for it. Everyday i call him he says we are working on your bike. Now if they can't resolve it then why are they still working on the bike. This is very annoying and unprofessional of sai service to do so. I will not recommend anyone to buy and service their bikes at sai service if this is how they deal with customers and their property Was this information helpful? | |||||
