Sai Service Station — defective upper glove box | |||
Hi team, On june 21st, i bought vitara brezza zdi plus dual tone using car lease policy. I made this purchase at sai service erragadda. Within a month of purchase i had problem in upper glow box since this is a manufacturing defect i have reported same to sai service team and they suggested to buy new upper glow box. This is very # answer given by team and there is no proper response. I had done first car service on 24 july 2019 and even there is no feedback call from them. All sales team persons are useless. We are purchasing cars by spending lakhs of rupees and there is no proper response from sai service team. I had purchased car via company using car lease policy. I will make sure that my company schneider electric software india pvt ltd and magma finance corp to blacklist sai service from using car lease policy.
