Sai Service Station — delay in delivery | |||
Hello, We have booked maruti cng tour on 29 september. We could see some discrepancy in confirmation email about booking as we booked vehicle on 29 however booking date mentioned over confirmation email was 1/2 october. When we raised query about it nobody is replying on it. I am raising it because after allotment our quote was revised mentioning offers have been revised from maruti for october month is that's the case we should have gotten some communication from sai service, however there was no intimation from them. And also, we are still waiting for delivery. Issue is that we are not getting proper communication from the service center, when we ask about expected delivery they are not sure about status. Sometimes they say 2-3 days sometimes 8-10 days. We have to followup with sales person on ongoing basis. We have already made full payment and did not expect this kind of service from sai service. I would like to complaint about mr shreekant pawar and mr. Nimesh patel for their irresponsible behavior and poor customer service. Really unhappy with service. Was this information helpful? | |||
