Today is very frustrating 2 hours at sai service lower parel station, i need to rate the following person (0 to 5 0 is lowest) your receptionist (Two - one might be adviser) rated -0 (Pathetic) i am waiting at your reception area 1.30 min, both receptionist were busy and forgotten to call the service manager. Your adviser (Iran and imran) and call center advisor (Deepali) rated 5, all are well trained to serve the customer well. Your manager and other advisors at sai service station rated 0 who completely deny to take my car today for servicing. I am also written the same feedback to your ceo for this pathetic service from lower parel sai service station. Thanks to deepali, irfan and imran.
