I sintu kumar das booked plot in swo kolkata project in sep 2014 and the registration no is cb/kolkata/028/025. I had paid the whole sum of rs.7, 89, 158. Expected date of delivery of plot and registration was april 2015. Till date the project is not progressing. May i request to you to refund me whole amount to my sbi account no [protected]. Sir, I am Naresh Kumar Mishra, A resident of H. No. 38, Manas Green Jarhara, P/O- Rasool pur Saadat, Lucknow, (UP). I have booked plot in P-83 Lucknow scheme vide CB/Lucknow/P-83/C-005 on 11 May 2012. I paid all amount of Rs 10, 35, 890/= by 05 Mar 2013 there after SWO was to make registry of plot to me. SWO has also changed booked plot No. from 5 to Plot No. 8 vide their letter dated 11 May 2012 with out my consent. Now SWO is not responding to any of my call. Also no communication from them to me. I have all the cash receipts given by SWO. Please All the letters and Receipts are attached. Please get me the registry and possession of my plot else SWO-India should pay me back whole amount with interest.

I have booked plot no b-73& b-74 at swo gaya project. L completed my installment 22/09/14. Till now they are not responding regarding registration or refunding the amount. Once they told that the account has blocked and chair man has been arrested. I am working in indian navy and my amount has been likely to be blocked. Kindly help me.

I have booked a plot in swo india varanasi project, i have paid all the amount in 2014 only of 10.5 lacs rupees for booking of plot no 164 but till now there is neither calling for registration of plot nor returning the money. Please help me as I am going to retire in 2018 and i have no home to settle.

In 2010 i have applied for 1250 sq. Ft plot under p-16 project danapur which was registered in jan 2013 after taking 8.10 lakh in installment & promise to have in the end of 2013, yet i am waiting for it even the are dropping the phone now.. I want to go for police fir... This is the co ordinator's no.[protected] of danapur project... I want possession and interest from 2013 till now or my 8.10 lakh with interest

Please refer Sainik Welfare Organization India [swo] Registration Number - CB/PURI/P-038/B-103. Initially amount deposited but later project cancelled. Repeated reminder for refund of money to Sainik Welfare Organization India [swo] but no action taken by Sainik Welfare Organization India [swo] till date. Request for refund of deposited money immediately.

1. Reference is made to the following:
(a) Registration No. CB/VARANASI/013/281
(b) My previous Consumer complaint ID 1348109 dated 07 Aug 16
(c) e-mail letters dated 12 Jul 15, 05 Jun 16, 16 Jul 16, 07 Aug 16 and
16 Sep 16 with respect to my refund application dated 16 Jul 15.

2. I booked a plot No. 281 in Varanasi Shree Sai City, Harahua. I received instruction from Lt Col (Retd) Rana, Chairman of SWO that project is cancelled and now registry of the said plot can not be done. Further, you apply for refund of money, the amount paid by you will be refunded within 120 days.
3. With respect to refund of money so many correspondence and telephonic contact done by me. Howevr, ill date, I have not received any reply with respect to above mentioned Consumer Complaint ID 1348109 and my e-mailed letters.
4. Further, I have applied to refund of amount (Ist installment Rs. 51000/+ 2nd installment Rs. 251162.78 + 3nd installment Rs. 250000) total amount Rs. 552162.78 (Rupees Five Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty Two & Seventy Eight Paise only) paid through Demand Draft to Chairman, SWO with respect to purchase of subject plot and sent by speed post vide No. ET[protected]IN dated 17 Jul 15. The Chairman, SWO has neither replied nor refunded the said amount till now. However, on query by telephonically, it was confirmed by Representative SWO that your refund application has been received on 19 Jul 15 and your amount Rs. 552162.78 will be refunded / credited in your saving bank account within 120 days.
5. More than one year passed the above said amount is not credited in account. The said amount I have taken on loan @10.5% and I am urgently need of money. Hence, it is requested that pay the said amount at the earliest.

Sir I have paid 611000 for plot of A-10 of bokaro project .plz refund my money.continue calling to Swo India office since July 15 but till date Swo india did not refund my money always telling me that my account closed by crime brach even Swo is not ready to register my plot that is alloted.kindly requested to refund my money with interest or give my plot as soon as possible

I jwo pankaj kumar from indian air force booked a plot through swo kolkatta keotia project. My plot no is161. I have registered this plot in june 2013 and paid the full amount including the registration fees in december 2013. But till date plot registration not done. I wanted to know that when the registration will be done as it was promised in the year 2014. But no progress seen till date.

1. It is intimated that I, Shri Vilash Rai S/O Janak Deo Rai have booked a residential plot No. 281 in Shree Sai City, Varanasi (UP). On 11 Jul 15, I have received intimation from SWO representatives that project with respect to Shree Sai City, Varanasi has been abandoned / cancelled and SWO is unable to allot / provide the said plot. Further, I was instructed by Col (Retd) Rakesh Rana Chairman & Managing Director SWO India to apply for refunding of booking / registration / instalment amount paid to SWO till date.

2. I have paid booking / instalment (Ist instalment Rs. 51000/+ 2nd instalment Rs. 251162.78 + 3nd instalment Rs. 250000) total amount Rs. 552162.78 (Rupees Five Lakhs Fifty Two Thousand One Hundred Sixty Two & Seventy Eight Paise only).

3. Till date, I have not received any reply with respect to my e-mailed letter dated 12 Jul 15, 05 Jun 16, 16 Jul 16 & 07 Aug 16.

SWO India an NGO in Delhi cheated 542 defence personnel with Rs. 35 crore for selling plot at Giringaput Mouza at Bhubaneswar.Retired Lt Col Rakesh Rana, MD of SWO India, is an awardee of Kirti Chakra and this helped him to get the confidence of poor soldiers.He sold plots around an area of 26 acres in 2011, but still in 2016 mutation and possession is pending due to litigation .Now arrested by Economic Offence Wing Odisha, he is in jail. Beware of this fraud organisation as it has floated many projects/schemes of selling plots at different cities of Allahabad, Lucknow, Jhansi, Gaya, Danapur, particularly defence /paramilitary personnel should be cautious as they are main targets.

swo has neither developed kargil veer awas phase 1, nor handed over to any person till 22 may 16. Swo delhi and mr arjun singh blaming each other and folling us.

Kargil veer awas 2, around 200 plot sold as per website, but no body knows where is plot on ground.

Dear Sir,
1. With due respect I would like to bring it to your kind attention that I had booked a plot under scheme released by SWO, in Lucknow, UP . I had paid the whole sum of money in Nov 2009 as onetime down payment. After which the scheme was cancelled and it was said that I will get plot in Jail Road. I am a LDS applicant of P-5 Lucknow scheme with registration no.CB/LKO/P-5/1800 Sq Ft/019. But Jail Road scheme was also closed.
2. I had applied for refund of amount after suggestion from SWO office on[protected] as scheme was flopped. Money was to be refunded within 3 months duration. . I have sent all the original documents via speed post which have been received by SWO office.. Since then I have not received any further communication from SWO side neither any money has been refunded. This is strictly unwarranted action which is totally unexpected from an organization made FOR THE WELFARE OF SOLDIERS. If the scheme was not approved beforehand why at the first place it was started and money was taken? Secondly if any unforeseen issues crept in between, why they were not resolved at the earliest and the refund process initiated? The undue delay of payment is not only causing the loss of money but also inexcusable mental distress. This is not only an insult to the soldiers who invested their hard earned money but also a crime which in due course of time will attract suitable legal action against SWO in the court of law and in consumer forum.
I therefore would like to submit in the strictest words that the money to be refunded at the earliest.
3. Now, as Lt Col Rana Kirti Chakra is in Jail, what is the fate of invested money? This type of fraud and greedy officers are spoiling the name of Army because they can go upto any extent for their personal gain.
4. Any one affected in P-5 Lucknow scheme please unite and we will fight against as in Delhi applicant fought against builder and Bubeswar applicant took Lt. col. Rana in Jail.

Swo india ltd is secter 12 dwarka new delhi based ngo run by retired lt col rakesh rana.Who posted his photo with arjun rampal and kapil dev for promotion.(1)i have booked a plot in lucknow p-83 scheme. Developer is anoop kumar goel, goel paradise. (2)i have paid full amount 11 lakh approx in 4 installment.I was promised delivery of plot by aug13.(3) after repeated query and mails no proper reply is given to me and hundredsother.I filed a case in cdrf 7, sheikh sarai, new delhi (4)hearing is on but they r not filing reply and wasting time to harass me by taking dates.Now matter is justice delayed is like injustice done to me.He is enjoying by taking my hard earned provident fund withdraw money.(5)pls help to guide me in getting justice and strict action against him who being defense background cheated us in tume of coreres of rupees.(6) guide how his pension from mod is forced to stop for payment of our money..

I have booked a plot in SWO Lucknow Jail Road project in 2014 May and the expected date of delivery of plot and registration was Dec 2014. On contacting SWO regarding this initially they said that plot is under development and will take some more time. Then on further chasing they said scheme is cancelled, please send the refund form for refund of money. I have sent the refund form to them but now they are not responding, neither there contact number is reachable. Could you please let us know that how can we get the money back from them?

We've booked a plot in 2011 in Lucknow through one of the schemes of SWO, in the name of Shingo Defence Enclave(on Lucknow-Faizabad road). After some initial payments, we were told that there will be delay in obtaining the land, but were asked to pay the rest of the amount(but we withheld further payments). This delay lasted for approx. 2 Years. After this long wait, we were told that the land was not acquirable and the whole scheme is being shifted to a new location in Lucknow (New Jail Road), and that we should complete the remaining payments as soon as possible(we still didn't trust them). Even this took nearly a year and they said that they cannot process the land sale on the previous rates and the rates would be increased (nearly doubled), if we still wanted to buy a plot there or we are free to take a refund with bank rate of interest. Since we didn't find the revised rates suitable to our budget, so we applied for a refund. They said that as per their policy, it takes 6 months to process the refund, which was supposed to be processed by Feb, 2016. Even after completion of their specified duration, they are now saying that it is not certain as to when will they be able to process the refund. We feel completely cheated and helpless. Help us get out money back and suitable compensation. We're open to file a case against them if more people show up against the same scheme.

I pradip kumar yadav, ex-servicemen, ex-navy has booked plot in swo kolkata project in 2013 april and the expected date of delivery of plot and registration was october 2013. Till date the project is not progressing and even land filling up and demarcation has not been carried out by swo india. On contacting swo it was come to knowledge that chairman of the swo has been arrested and accounts of the swo has been seized/freeze, they are not in position to reply in suitable and satisfactory way to our question. They are telling that they have not at all any idea when it will be handed over and when this issue will be resolved. Even if someone apply for refund, as their account has been seized they can't refund the amount also. So what to do? Please suggest me assist me to recover my hard earn money.

Cheating Organisation cheated 544 soldiers in Bhubaneswar(Project P-35).Land was marred in litigation, not refunding money.Also always give false promise to complete project in next one month.
