Sir, I had bought a phone model- Arya Z2 which is still under warranty. It has a defective lcd, volume and power keys and a battery which I had paid for replacement. It has been 15 days after which the person at the service centre at Howrah( Hawrah in website) namely Air Voice (374 Belilious Road near Maidan, Howrah-1, ph no. [protected]/ [protected]) has asked us to take the phone back as the company is not providing them with the necessary spares. And that nothing can be done.
